With our facilities, and staff set up we are the best place outside the CL clubs for a young chairman to be. Give him a few years with the development staff, then send him out on loan to a Championship/L1 club for experience. He could be the chairman to take us to the next level. Etc etc and other such hilarities. Maybe worth sending him down the road for a season to show him how bad football can be if you really f**k up !!
