the_barmy_saints_army Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 1-2 saints, we will go two nil up, but then saints being saints will have a nervy finish
Stax Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 Now we have Lambert im going for a 2-1 saints win.
IamLeGod Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 360-5 will be Australia's score after day 1 at the Oval. As for Saturday, 1-1 draw I reckon unless we bring in a decent CB before then. ah right got the 2 confused, feeling a 2-1 saints win...let's be optimistic why not?
brianoneils slidingtackle Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 Saints to win 3 - 1 , i have never been right with a prediction yet though :-(
Mr X Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 Going 2-0 huddersfield sadly, just think our central defence is poor and we need time for the team to settle. Just hope the fans are patient. I have a feeling many won't be. Problem is we can't afford our usual peace poor start to the season which is a saints trademark, being on -9 we need to hit the ground running. We have to go into every game believing we can and will win games. Its depressing seeing your team with not even a point on the board. Having said that theres no way we should bring in the negativity if we lose some of the first five or six games this is essentially a new team and of course it will take time.
Saint Fan CaM Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 2-2 nailed on - they have a good goal scorer in the mould of Lambert - at CB we're not all there yet on set-pieces.
OfnPanad Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 3-1 to us - I'd put money on it. In fact I have.
S-Clarke Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 2-2 nailed on - they have a good goal scorer in the mould of Lambert - at CB we're not all there yet on set-pieces. He could have joined them...but he's ours!!!! Feels great saying that...
the saint in winchester Posted 13 August, 2009 Posted 13 August, 2009 I like the way we are playing - good tempo, moving it around quickly, and actually threatening the goal once in a while (remember last season when we passed it forwards, backwards, sideways .. but no attempt on goal.) Hudders have started the season well and this will be a good barometer of how we will get on this season. I'm going for away win. 0-2. Rasiak and Lambert scorers.
