yeah crazy, manure bought him when he was about 18 i believe, he has a lot of football in him yet.

 

Before he went to real a was saying it would be a bad move but looking at the amount of talent there now i think they are going to be massive (if they gel)

 

as for the 27 thing, league 1 is about experience, and lambert certainly has that without being too old, he has never had pace so that will never be an issue, 1 mil for a goal machine is not bad business (if you have the money)

This is brilliant - this thread seemed to start with a hopeful plea so i never thought this would actually happen! Quality signing and shows we are now one of the big boys who players want to join

 

Hopefully Boro wont scupper it, role on this afternoon!

They have to sell before they can buy - they're waiting on deals for Alves/Tuncay before they can stump up £1m.

Hope so, although it would be attractive for Lambert will he defo get games ?? Plus borough is a sh!thole so i am not sure if he has family etc and Brizzle isn't actually that far away from here tbh.

They have to sign before 12pm for 3pm/lunch time kicks offs - but i think we have a bit more leeway in evening games.
