lordswoodsaints Posted 7 August, 2009 Posted 7 August, 2009 For 2009/2010 Who do you think the candidates will be? Will it be a current player, will it be somebody we are yet to sign? Could it be one of the youngsters, ready to surprise us all? Just a bit of fun on the eve of the season:-) I'm going for Lloyd James.
Bristol_Benji Posted 7 August, 2009 Posted 7 August, 2009 Lallana. You get the sense from the Hearts game that Pardew's gonna treat him the same as Bally treated Le Tiss with 'give it to Adam' being his stock command!
CHAPEL END CHARLIE Posted 7 August, 2009 Posted 7 August, 2009 And the nominations are : M Paterson - Will almost certainly feature regularly this season , I think he could be as good if not better than DMG . Time will tell . A Lallana - Last season was a major disappointment but the talent's there for sure and he could be a force in L1 this season . J Mills - My tip to be the best of our youngsters if he can cope with the physical demands of this league . K Davis - Player of the season last time out and no one would be at all surprised if he repeated that this season . W Thomas - If he could stay fit (that's a big 'if') he looks perfect for this league . S Gillett - Only modestly talented but a smashing little player with a great attitude - a future fans favorite if ever I saw one .
NickG Posted 7 August, 2009 Posted 7 August, 2009 could see any of Murty, Harding, Gillett, Schniederlin (clearly has ability - see either see him being very good or disappearing!), Mills, Lallana
krissyboy31 Posted 7 August, 2009 Posted 7 August, 2009 This was one of the questions on the predictions thread: http://saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=15640 Said Lallana!
saintwarwick Posted 7 August, 2009 Posted 7 August, 2009 Lallana, he has the talent hopefully Pardew will see this (and I think he will).
