Well, that probably wasn't worth waiting for..haha. AP basically repeated what he's been saying in his interviews so far, -10 points is a big handicap, looking to achieve mid-table, be it by january or the end of the season, and if we are still in L1 next season then promotion is the only achievable goal. Also commented on the 'very professional' fashion in which the board is operating, we're working on a 'tight ship'. AP said that the board will be thinking in 5 years time 'we're in the premiership' or 'why are we not in the premiership?', which shows that they seem to have the ol' 5 year plan in full operation. They showed some footage of the Ajax game (our goal and then footage of Wotton falling over and various players running around) and seemed to focus on the swiss element at the club, with the swiss flag being shown at the very beginning and the very end of it! :D

Feeling very positive now, hopefully with a few more good signings to strengthen the team we can finally achieve what we have the potential to do.

A good summary - the interview started with the question about "managing expectations" and that set the tme for the whole review - perhaps this was a loaded question or maybe how the outside world sees us ?

Yes, found myself with a grin on my face at the end!

It really does seem that things are getting better, although I think it will be a very long season of twists and turns.
