Pardew hoping to keep Rasiak

Alan, even a lazy Rasiak will score for fun in this league and very hard to replace. To let him go without a fight would be madness.

Agree

I also think Rasiak is not lazy ...he looks lazy to some but, whilst apparently being lazy, he gets himself into some perfect scoring positions. His postional nouse is what we pay him for IMHO ... and if we can keep him he could potentially score over 30 in this league

Utter rubbish you spout. Knowledge of football is totally irrelevant when you are making a point about someones inherent character.

Laziak is disinterested and has no desire to play for us. He is merely concerned with collecting the Zlotys and feeding his grossly inflated ego.

In order to make this point you need a modicum of knowledge about the greed culture, all too prevalent in football and the psyche that drives people (particularly overpaid, dim footballers) today. It has absolutely nothing to do with any knowledge of football.

Whether he is lazy or looks lazy is frankly irrelevent. His Southampton stats say it all 24 goals from 62 games (including 17 substitutions)...

I don't care if he seems lazy or unmotivated, he nets every 3rd game, which is better than any other striker we've had since Crouch.
