Living just along the coast from Brighton I am well used to getting Albion news from friends who support them. In his final year with them he took them to 7th place, just missing the play-offs, on a minimal budget and an improvement of 10 places on the previous year when they just missed relegation. DW is not a manager but was still treated very badly by **** Knight when he brought back Micky Adams. He is, however, a very good coach and this is a very astute appointment by AP. Trust me.

Because you used the shorter version of Richard beginning with D Nothing to do with being PC, how is the filter meant to know you used it as a name?

He did really well at Brighton and was then kicked out because they wanted Adams to get a go....what did Adams do? get them involved in a relegation battle and was sacked (he had a better squad at his disposal too) Stuart Murdoch is a v good appointment too, interesting that he's going to play part in our scouting system - he is another one who knows about this league. I can understand really nasty words being filtered out but this is ridiculous. My work filter system filters out the word "breast" too - as a surveyor it's a word I frequently use, as in "Chimney Breast". You can understand my frustration at all this nonsense I'm sure.

Don't know anything about the bloke really.Not ecstatic on first seeing the name but given your knowledge of him and a reasonable track record at our current level it seems a reasonable appointment. To use a well known kid's phrase "bums, tits, willies, farts"... It's interesting (back to footie) that both of the new appointments will also have responsibilities for scouting, which I recall AP saying was weak.

Burley had Snodin (who is now at Leeds with Simon Grayson - that should get them into automatic promo places). When Snodin left, the rot accelerated. We now have Pardew and Wilkins. Great team, energise the players in the way these two can, we're finally on the way up. COYR!
