ericofarabia Posted 26 August, 2009 Posted 26 August, 2009 There was more than 800 at Huddersfield. 823 (I think) was the figure announced near the end of the game by the stadium announcer. There could have been a few more dotted around the ground in the away supporters bit i guess. Having had a quick glance at my ticket purchased on Friday, it doesn't have a squence number on it but it does say uncovered ... eeeek :cool:

Small admission to get in . does anyone know if it is still there? Yes its still there mores the pity Its a s**t hole don't go in. If you want near the away end then use the Armoury just up from the station.
ericofarabia Posted 27 August, 2009 Posted 27 August, 2009 Any ideas for pubs? the crown inn is a real ale emporium (almost) and its right by the famous railway viaduct - google maps reckons its about a mile to the ground http://thecrowninn.110mb.com/ probably one of the better pubs in stockport from the beer point of view The Crown Inn Sounds like a winner to me then lads ... will be banging down the door to get in at 12.00 Only 16 beers , may end up trying a couple twice then

At a guess The Armoury as it is closer to the ground. (Of course the more of you that go there, the less time I waste queuing up to get served in The Crown)
