There was more than 800 at Huddersfield.

823 (I think) was the figure announced near the end of the game by the stadium announcer. There could have been a few more dotted around the ground in the away supporters bit i guess.

Having had a quick glance at my ticket purchased on Friday, it doesn't have a squence number on it but it does say uncovered ... eeeek

On an away fans website, they talk about a working mens club just on the entrance to the away end ( the railway ). Small admission to get in . does anyone know if it is still there?

Yes its still there mores the pity Its a s**t hole don't go in. If you want near the away end then use the Armoury just up from the station.

Any ideas for pubs?

the crown inn is a real ale emporium (almost) and its right by the famous railway viaduct - google maps reckons its about a mile to the ground

probably one of the better pubs in stockport from the beer point of view

So which will have the best football atmosphere then ?? Armoury or Crown ? Do fancy a few ales...

At a guess The Armoury as it is closer to the ground. (Of course the more of you that go there, the less time I waste queuing up to get served in The Crown) ;)
