Great comments from him - i think it's taken from his interview after the hearts game.

 

Im not surprised he's staying when he has a manager who can identify his ability. Wotte and JP completely screwed him up, if managed properlly he would have been absolutely brilliant - but we only got 3 games out of him because they had no idea how to manage/motivate him.

He looked brilliant at times last season but at times he looked very poor. This may have been because the management team didn't suit him or their tactics didn't suit him.

Good news in one way. Adam has a bit of an attitude, and he shows some arrogance (not a negative comment) when one recalls such players as Steve Williams in the 1970's. Good skills, a winning mentality and a bit of aggression,

 

Now that Surman has gone he can feel that he can be a class midfielder, too.
