saint_stevo Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 How do i get one to register and buy tickets online?
RonManager Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 How do i get one to register and buy tickets online? Having bought a ticket in the past you will have one. The ticket office will have a record of this.
Genk Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 My customer number is my membership number, dont know about other peoples?
RonManager Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 So i have to dig out an old ticket? FFS No, just ring the ticket office, give them your name and address and they will find you on the database. If you are on there (you will be if you have received a ticket by post), then you will have been allocated a customer number. Either way they will give you the advice you require.

RonManager Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 f*cking ****ty bloody website i now have a customer number but still cant register I had the same problem. I emailed a chap in the ticket office who had helped me out when my ST got lost in the post. He typed in a temporary password for me which allowed me to (eventually) put my own password in. I have just successfully bought a Swindon ticket online! his name is Lee and his email is - lhetherington@saintsfc.co.uk

Ponty Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 Have you ever seen Saints play? Is this veiled advice that it's not worth buying any tickets?
sotonjoe Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 As long as the ticket office can find a record of you having purchased tickets, they will set you up a username and password for the online system using a customer number. If you email David Luker and ask him politely, he will do it for you when he gets time. I emailed him to a similar effect a couple of weeks back and he had me up and running in ten minutes. Excellent service.
saint_stevo Posted 29 July, 2009 Author Posted 29 July, 2009 why make it so bloody difficult in the first place?
sotonjoe Posted 29 July, 2009 Posted 29 July, 2009 I don't think it's that difficult. Just send the fella an email. He'll ask for your name and address and once he finds you on the system he'll set your account up and email you the details. He's pretty reliable. Incidentally, I emailed that Kelly Southwell but it took her four days or so to get back to me. To be fair, she may have been off work. However, Luker continues to win the Gold Star ;-)
Block 5 Posted 30 July, 2009 Posted 30 July, 2009 Is this veiled advice that it's not worth buying any tickets? Certainly that would have been the case before the 'bright new dawn'.
Ozkeith2 Posted 31 July, 2009 Posted 31 July, 2009 If you've never bought a(n internet) ticket & therefore don't have a customer number I don't think they're issuing any more. This is they reply i got when I emailed for help: Your best option would be to call the booking line on 0800 28000 50 once you arrive in the UK and just collect the tickets from the ground on the day of the game.
