It very easy to make an intake look standard and unless all ECU have the same connector the police would all need transits to carry all the necessary to read each ECU. Wouldn't they be better off spending the money on actually fixing the roads or fixing the NHS?
Ponty Posted 27 July, 2009 Posted 27 July, 2009 AFAIK, neither of those parts would be subject to roadside tests for conformity. An exhaust, yes, but not an air filter system or ECU.
