Mobile broadband question

This deal (below) seems very good. I will be using it for two weeks in August. It's on a month to month contract. Dongle costs only 10 pounds and then 15 pound for coverage. Can I really just plug this in and get wifi (3 coverage permitting) or are there any other things I should be aware of.

 

I compared this to an offer Orange has but they charge 15 pounds per month plus 29 pounds for the dongle...and it only allows 3gb data usage compared to the 3 deal that offers 15gb.

 

Edit: Is 'Three' as **** as it has been made out to be after doing some research? I don't need it to perform where it has no business to perform (ie Dartmoor), but should it serve it's purpose in a town (namely Wallingford, OX)?

 

 

I need to order over the weekend so any quick help would be really appreciated.
