Master Bates Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 I want one, but can't find out how much http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/?page_id=10546
Ash Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 I saw the item on the side panel about Bond being back and I thought it signaled the return of Kevin. Bad times.
SaintDonkey Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 12 quid - it's hidden on the second page of Linen & Home https://ssl.saintsfc.co.uk/dept.asp?sessionid=873133397&shopperid=&subgroup=300&hotlinkid=600&start=5&search=&searchdept=
Pip87 Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 Think I've just found a birthday present for Steve! :smt082
Polaroid Saint Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 The best thing about this little is how much more life-like and well-proportioned it is compared the original Ted Bates statue. Nice deepest-darkest-new-forest beard too, aargh.
Saint_clark Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 Blatantly getting one. My favourite product this year.
St Landrew Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 I saw the item on the side panel about Bond being back and I thought it signaled the return of Kevin. Bad times. Exactly as I thought. Actually it's the return of James, for another south-coast screening.
Master Bates Posted 3 September, 2008 Author Posted 3 September, 2008 I was thinking about getting 11 of these little things, making a mini football pitch in the grass and then setting them up as a team, but i'm not that sad, i'll get 5 more for subs.

dubai_phil Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 Hmm Wonder if I'd be able to get him back here in my cabin baggage???...... Would be a good companion for my highly trained killer attack tortoises in my back garden - no rush they're still doing their reverse hibernation/sleeping when it's hot thingy

eelpie Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 But which one is it? From dear old Wikepedia, there is quite a selection: The names of the Seven Dwarfs ("Bashful," "Doc," "Dopey," "Grumpy," "Happy," "Sleepy" and "Sneezy") were created for this production, chosen from a pool of about fifty potentials. The one name he always had in mind from the start was Grumpy, or something similar. Blabby, Jumpy, Shifty, and Snoopy were among those that were rejected, along with Awful, Baldy, Biggo-Ego, Biggy, Biggy-Wiggy, Burpy, Busy, Chesty, Cranky, Daffy, Dippy, Dirty, Dizzy, Doleful, Flabby, Gabby, Gloomy, Goopy, Graceful, Helpful, Hoppy, Hotsy, Hungrey, Jaunty, Lazy, Neurtsy, Nifty, Puffy, Sappy, Sneezy-Wheezy, Sniffy, Scrappy, Silly, Soulful, Strutty, Stuffy, Sleazy, Tearful, Thrifty, Tipsy, Titsy, Tubby, Weepy, Wistful, and Woeful.

Al de Man Posted 3 September, 2008 Posted 3 September, 2008 I've had a Saints gnome for years. To give you some sort of idea of just how long, he's wearing a Sanderson shirt.

The nicknames of last season's squad - fit the name to the player. Titsy was obviously Hammill, but who on earth was Busy?

Block 5 Posted 4 September, 2008 Posted 4 September, 2008 Warning: Gnomes are dangerous. What at first may appear to be a cute addition to your garden can soon become a problem. You may find your property overrun by the little critters in no time at all. The only safe way to deal with gnomes, as advised by the Anti Gnome League (AGL) is to: 1) Decapitate the gnome. 2) Bury the gnome's body. 3) Paint over the gnome's eyes and mouth. 4) Store the gnome's head in a box underneath your bed.
