Well your rationale was b*llocks. You never mentioned trials in the first instance and this makes your suggestion slightly better. My main point is that of all the pages of released players you have have randomly selected some and said "I'm interested in these" for no real reason at all. Seems like an odd thing to do.

 

Your final paragraph says something these being your views and you being entitled to them. Well I'm afraid that isn't the case. You haven't actually expressed a view.....you have just ramdomly plucked some names off a list, names which mean nothing to you as you don't know them or what they are like....and I don't believe this constitutes holding an opinion. I think that you have proved that you can read some of a list and then take names from a list, without the abiluty to justify why you have done so.

 

Also, if you don't feel the need to justify your posts why did you reply to mine?

Well this changes things. I'm all for Saints running a tight ship, previous regimes have surely taught us to be prudent and live within our means, but stories like this put the whole affair into perspective. I hope Saints spend big so that you don't look like a massive prat.

Absolutely. We have an enormous squad of lazy dross that no-one else would want already. Finding the right guys and giving them trials takes time which we don't really have.

Camera would be amazing! not a chance in hell he'd play in league 1 though. if he did he is a far better option than Saganowski in every department.

I find the Molyneux thing odd. Every everton fan i spoke to thought he was very a promising player, knocked down the pecking order after picking up a injury.Think he'll stay around as back up to harding this season & maybe some reserve team football will get him going. Or maybe he's as bad as people on here seem to suggest and he'll be off come the summer.

 

Hopefully somewhere in this free agent list is a pacy right winger(???), a pacy attacker(i like the thought of connolly) & a big centre back(sodje would be great(can't see us getting though)) who'll want to join saints. Plus a right back if Murty's seen as too fat to be signed.I would have thought as a free agent already on trial he would have signed by now if he was going to. Those four positions would reassure we as to us having a decent team to put out for the start of the season.
