"The owners of Portsmouth are pleased to announce that an agreement in principle has been reached over the sale of the club," said a statement. Al Fahim has also been appointed Pompey chairman after passing the Premier League's fit and proper person test.
DT Posted 21 July, 2009 Share Posted 21 July, 2009 Gaydamak was also adjudged a fit and proper person. As was the Man City chappie. Attila the Hun would probably pass too.

Saintjersey Posted 21 July, 2009 Share Posted 21 July, 2009 Did we need another thread for this? Especially on the Saints board. Agreed. The main board is for saints information, the skates are not saints and should therefore stay in the lounge.

Rusty Posted 21 July, 2009 Share Posted 21 July, 2009 Gaydamak was also adjudged a fit and proper person. As was the Man City chappie. Attila the Hun would probably pass too. There's been a big hoo-ha about how the new FAPP test is super stringent, to avoid another Thaksin situation. So PFC are now officially the cleanest club in the Prem
