It took just 2 minutes to reach space. Guess that's to be expected travelling at 1500mph.

 

My brother was in one of the water parks over there and saw it go up - Always something I've wanted to see in real life.

Something I'd like to see in real life too! My son was over there and was around for the scheduled original launch on Sunday but then missed it because of the delay

 

I saw it 'live' on NASA TV via the web. Still pretty awesome. At one point it was doing as much as 8000 mph and increasing........
