ottery st mary Posted 31 July, 2009 Posted 31 July, 2009 isnt that supposed to be death..? I'VE SEEN THAT LIGHT A FEW TIMES....But when you appear at the end of the tunnel in the light of day...You know you have another day to tick off on the old calendar.......You know what I mean ...especially as you crash over the next 40ft high wave.. or IN YOUR SUB SURFACING VERY LATE COYRS and YOU HARTSON...
Al de Man Posted 4 December, 2009 Posted 4 December, 2009 This is such promising news! I honestly thought the next news we'd hear of the story was an obituary. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/8394822.stm
Fan The Flames Posted 4 December, 2009 Posted 4 December, 2009 Terrific news, keep fighting John. I'm sure he will be back fighting very soon. Heard him on the radio recently, talks very well on the subject and has just had another baby. I wish him all the best for the future. BBC give Savage his papers Hartsons much better.
saint_stevo Posted 4 December, 2009 Posted 4 December, 2009 Saw that earlier and was in equal measures, amazed and very happy for him.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 He is on ITV now, as a pundit for the West Ham v Arsenal game. He looks well. Good to see him on TV.
CWD Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Yep looks very healthy - nice to see people beating that horrible illness
SaintRobbie Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 FIGHT John. Fight it and win like you always have.
Gemmel Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 He is on ITV now, as a pundit for the West Ham v Arsenal game. He looks well. Good to see him on TV. Great to see him on there and looking so well. Hope to all that suffer from such terrible disease Nice one John
JustMike Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Seemed in good health, said that he had another op soon and over the kemo. Good luck John
Tamesaint Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Great to see him on there and looking so well. Hope to all that suffer from such terrible disease Nice one John Couldn't agree more. It was good to see him in such health.
Made in Southampton Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Not Saints related, should be moved. May be it isn't saints related but why move it? If it raises the issue of male related cancer then it should stay in this area. Good on you john, inspirational.
Whitey Grandad Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Saints were after him at one stage. From 23rd December 1994: 'Luton, however, have flatly refused a £1m bid for their young striker, John Hartson, from Southampton, who may switch their attention to Bristol Rovers' Marcus Stewart.'
ooohTerryHurlock Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Thought he looked amazing, also has the makings of a great commentator - good luck to him and his family,I never thought I would say it but I find him an absolute inspiration ... Docker P - Have a good, long, hard lookat yourself!
hypochondriac Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 May be it isn't saints related but why move it? If it raises the issue of male related cancer then it should stay in this area. Good on you john, inspirational. I'm not being harsh but why? It's not saints related and should be moved. Great news about John though.

Thedelldays Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Why? did not realise that all non saints topics had to go..
ooohTerryHurlock Posted 3 January, 2010 Posted 3 January, 2010 Why? Why not just write something like , .. not really saints related, but all the best John... by writing the way he did docker just shows no compasion to the situation at all which I think goes out of its way to be contentious. Its not Saints related, but nor are loads of threads that come up on the main board. Just wish the man your best and applaud his will power, and courage. Thats all
