dubai_phil Posted 2 September, 2008 Posted 2 September, 2008 My Jock mate just sent me this QUALITY commentary. Don't worry about the pictures but stick with it, especially the belches and don't mention the wars..... http://www.justin.tv/tictalk/216881
Golden Balls Posted 2 September, 2008 Posted 2 September, 2008 I seriously cannot understand a word... This must be some sort of 'fanzone' right?

I thought the don't mention the war bit after he mentioned a German player and the "does a sub get dressed to come on the pitch" lines were utter quality.
hamster Posted 2 September, 2008 Posted 2 September, 2008 (edited) The misplaced passes and amateur set plays reminded me of some of the errors that we've been making recently. At least we appear to be on an upward learning cuve, whereas the Old Firm pro's are just there for the pay cheques IMO. That Scotch football is terrible isn't it. I don't know how Strachan hes tolerated it for so long to be honest. I thought the man liked a challenge FFS! I also reckon that deep down he knows that he has unfinished business down here with us. It really would be a fairytale ending IMO. RL buggers off and WGS returns to lift us out of the mire and back into European football, where we belong, with an amazing mouthwatering crop of youngsters nurtured by JP. team-saint Posted 2 September, 2008 Posted 2 September, 2008 whats wrong with Will Cope although i did laugh at "now Andrew Surman on the ball, he's had an eventful summer - he's grown a beard and got his girlfriend pregnant" lol

Well, it isn't too far-fetched. Saints have qualified for Europe quite a few times over the years. I'm not sure we belong there, but it isn't something to laugh at.

I'm not sure we belong there, but it isn't something to laugh at. Thank you SL, people tend to forget that there was football before before it was Skyjacked. Never mind the premiership days, we were very, very good. Last nights farcical money-go-round transfer dealings are actually quite laughable, when compared to some of our amazing signings. We signed the two times winner of the European Player of The Year FFS (and it was the News at Ten headline story I think). And I honestly could not name all of the Saints players who had captained England there were loads of them; Channon, Keegan, Mills, Shilton (?), Wright, Ball, Watson ......
