E.g =$C$11 Then what ever is in C11 will be in every cell with the above formula. Then whenever you change C11, all cells duplicating it will change. gjphilsaint Posted 12 July, 2009 Share Posted 12 July, 2009 you can drag from cell 1 down 10 cells wait for the cursor in the corner of the cell (bottom right) to change from thick white cross to thin black and then click and drag from black cross in corner... it will also duplicate the function for that box across the cells HTH Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
