I have had a season at The Chapel since we moved to SMS but now its going to be the Family Enclosure where should I move to? The Northam or the corner of Itchen/Northam? Unlike many in the Chapel we make noise. Any suggetsions on where best to sit for atmosphere, noise

I had a season ticket in the Northam for 3 years in my youth. As a contrast to the Chapel it is great. However, after a while, the sheer amount of morons (when I say morons, I don't mean someone who is a bit thick, I mean people who are barely alive) did start to annoy the hell out of me.

If you can block this out and enjoy the singing alone, then you will prefer it. If not, then I strongly recommend the Itchen.

moved from Northam to Itchen and much prefer it.

Go to away games to stand all game and sing.

Bit more civilised but ok atmosphere in itchen - and much better view

How do you move seats if you are renewing (have actually renewed) online?

Mine defaulted to my usual seat, and charged me the family enclosure price?

Am I guessing I have to pay a personal visit to get this resolved now - though i now expect them to honour the price charged. Its their error after all.

Depends which block in the itchen. Top of block 4 (Itchen North) gives as good as any part of the northam.
