S-Clarke Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/SeasonTickets/0,,10280~1640471,00.html as the thread says... reasonable prices imo - the price range i kind of expected.
Weston Super Saint Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Matchday tickets at £22  Isn't that kinda steep for some of the opposition we can look forward to? However an adult and under 16 pair is pretty reasonable
OldNick Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 now its time to stop the talking and now show that we are prepared to put our money where our mouths are. No reason to boycott or stayaway.

scott_saints Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 (edited) yay!! Edited 9 July, 2009 by scott_saints
Barry Horne Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Can't read some of the prices as obscured on the screen. Also, is it just me or is it actually cheaper to go as an adult/child pair than to buy an adult ticket on its own? Not just for the family enclosure either. If I'm reading that right it seems a bit strange...
Bailey Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 So excited by all of the developments over the last few days. Will be renewing my season ticket tomorrow for sure!
scott_saints Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 As it doesn't mention anything more about the wings, I assume all of them will be open??
Ziggy Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Looks good for the wings/Northam for renewals but hardly any difference in the centre.
saint-rich Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 also the ajax game prices are up the and £10 for adults and free for under 12 and senior citizens. pretty reasonable

thegaffer Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Are the corners opening next season? Can't see the prices.
Red And White Barmy Army Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 errrr... wings/northam. what about the chappel? it seems the corners are open but the chapel stand might be closed???? or am i just reading that wrong? Secondly, what does a 'young adult' mean please?
saint boggy Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 is it just me not understanding their wording, but there is no mention of the Chapel Stand...............are they closing it??
saint-rich Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 is the monthly installment plan still available this year or not?
Marsdinho Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Do you think they will be able to provide some sort of monthly payment option.
Ziggy Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 is it just me not understanding their wording, but there is no mention of the Chapel Stand...............are they closing it?? The new away end perhaps?????
georgeismyname Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Can someone clear up for me what Block 4 is classed as please? Wings??? Not centre surely???
Block 5 Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Over £100 cheaper than last year. I'm over the moon. I think we can expect a new manager announcement over the weekend. One that will increase ST sales.......
rocknrollman no2 Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Great price for renewals. Definately going to get one.
Block 5 Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 is it just me not understanding their wording, but there is no mention of the Chapel Stand...............are they closing it?? I've heard that the Chapel stand is to be demolished and turned into a residential care home. We won't notice the difference.
EastleighSoulBoy Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 For some reason, maybe just me being me, I can't understand what I may have to pay for a season ticket for my 7 year old and I in the family centre. Can anyone enlighten me? The prices look good and I may just have to bite the bullet and stump up!
Weston Super Saint Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 I'm assuming that everything that isn't classed as 'centre' or 'family' will have the same pricing structure. Seems sensible to me.
saint boggy Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 I've heard that the Chapel stand is to be demolished and turned into a residential care home. We won't notice the difference. you're confusing The Chapel with the Kingsland me thinks!!! .... Mind you, care homes charge a fortune, so we could actually make a killing (no pun intended) doing that......just do it for a couple of years until we're back in the Prem and filling the ground again!!......what a super duper idea!!! :smt023

It seems as though 'kids go free' with a season ticket holder Edited 9 July, 2009 by Weston Super Saint
Junction 9 Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 match day tickets are very overpriced. I thought that. Maybe they will do offers throughout the season. Can't see many walkups at those prices.
Block 5 Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 you're confusing The Chapel with the Kingsland me thinks!!! .... Mind you, care homes charge a fortune, so we could actually make a killing (no pun intended) doing that......just do it for a couple of years until we're back in the Prem and filling the ground again!!......what a super duper idea!!! :smt023 Chapel = Kingsland without blankets & thermos.
OldNick Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 match day tickets are very overpriced.stop moaning, we have just been begging for somebody to pay 15m for the club and are expectant of them investing more in the team.It is a 2 way thing.
whitenred Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Renewal = £240 New = £330. It seems as those 'kids go free' with a season ticket holder It's actually cheaper to take a kid with you to a match than to go on your own...not forgetting the cost of a few litres of fizzy drink and extra hot dogs on match days of course!
saint boggy Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 match day tickets are very overpriced. theyre probably doing that in order to entice people to fork out for a ST ....then after a couple of months they'll introduce 'discounted' or 'special promotion' priced tickets....
Block 5 Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 match day tickets are very overpriced. Do the maths and buy a season ticket.
Master Bates Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 is the monthly installment plan still available this year or not? +1. I've e.mailed, but they're all at home.
Mr Nice Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Do the maths and buy a season ticket. Ahh it doesnt work like that as shown by the floating fans being the majority and that will not change in league 1. No ticket should of been above £20 for league 1 football.
Weston Super Saint Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 What is an 8 pair? An adult going to a game with an 8 or under year old...
whitenred Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 What is an 8 pair? Best guess is an adult and a kid aged eight or under.
Mr Nice Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 stop moaning, we have just been begging for somebody to pay 15m for the club and are expectant of them investing more in the team.It is a 2 way thing. Ahh you will find that to get people in the ground you have to reasonable priced tickets and that has not happened.
Bourno Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 also the ajax game prices are up and they are £10 for adults and free for under 12 and senior citizens. pretty reasonable also free for season ticket holders...excellent
NickG Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 centre renewal £350, new £351!!?? If you want to give existing ticket holders a better price why £1! Not worried just seems strange.
OldNick Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Ahh you will find that to get people in the ground you have to reasonable priced tickets and that has not happened.Sadly all clubs have fans who whatever the price will moan.Im sure that it would be better if the tickets were sub £20 but we do want a club and with that there comes a price.
saint boggy Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Can't read some of the prices as obscured on the screen. Also, is it just me or is it actually cheaper to go as an adult/child pair than to buy an adult ticket on its own? Not just for the family enclosure either. If I'm reading that right it seems a bit strange... a bloody good incentive to bring along the young'uns and get them hooked on Saints, thus securing the clubs long term fanbase.....plus there'll be extra revenue created from the drinks/crisps/burgeres etc that will be sold.........a good business decision IMO
Block 5 Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 Ahh it doesnt work like that as shown by the floating fans being the majority and that will not change in league 1. No ticket should of been above £20 for league 1 football. You didn't do the maths did you? I am paying £12.52 per game. Read 'em and weep fat boy!
Bourno Posted 9 July, 2009 Posted 9 July, 2009 An adult going to a game with an 8 or under year old... If true that is awsome. £288 for 2 of us, I almost feel that I am cheating them!!! Oh well some compensation for the rubbish we had to put up with last season, and the fact that I don't let my son go to mid week games on a school night.
