How Close Did We Really Come (Time Wise)

I'm not sure if they are one of the same, but;

 

1) FL withdrawing us from league one

2) Disappearing completely / Winding the club up

 

I can't help but think we weren't a million miles off with the first one. Knowing we wouldn't beable to trade for too much longer and the time it takes to get these things done (Even when rushed through) The FL must have started to put in place some sort of contingency plan of withdrawing us from the league. As for going bust completely, even if we were wound up, we have come back in some guise, Blue square, or whatever.... it probably would have never been the same and i guess it's all irrelevant now, but would be interesting to know, just how close we really came.

Dont know about 1 but pretty damn close to 2. The break up value was far more than most could afford to pay. We nearly got put in the blender.
