Saint 76er Posted 23 January, 2012 Share Posted 23 January, 2012 So they still have a rabbit. Right now they say they owe CSI nothing (to avoid a points penalty for unfair advantage when they don't pay it back) But IF they elect for or Chinny or AA puts them into admin, what is the betting that the 10.8mil once again rer-appears. Add Football Creditors (well at least any players wages) to the 10.8 and HMRC are outvoted AGAIN on a CVA Not sure that another admin won't trigger the FL withdrawal of golden share clause, maybe after three admins. This would be at least their third, I think. Also pretty sure they can't take on a new CVA when they already have an existing unpaid one. Would be pretty stupid to allow two unpaid CVA's to run at once, but maybe oldco/newco? Same entity though, just different names. Hopefully, HMRC got their timing right on this one and left them little room for escape ...
