Jeez why TODAY of all days.

I've got a busy evening ahead of me re-wiring the fecking Satellite so I can watch the footie on my flat screen and I know if I go downstairs, do that, cook dinner & have a beer I'll have 240 pages to catch up on.

Oh in other news - didn't someone post that the London Gazette gets published at 3:30 - so about 8 minutes to wait for more fun then

Nah Phil, watch it online through FirstRow... then do statellite.....!!

Prosecution claim First Star International was personal account for Mandaric. On 21st April 2004 M wrote cheque from there to R for $150,000

See they've just mentioned the Ferdinand transfer from West Ham...

This trial is going to open some big cans of worms...mark my words...

and it never came out why Harry, Storrie and Lampard Senior got the sack from WHU

So they still have a rabbit.

Right now they say they owe CSI nothing (to avoid a points penalty for unfair advantage when they don't pay it back)

But IF they elect for or Chinny or AA puts them into admin, what is the betting that the 10.8mil once again rer-appears.

Add Football Creditors (well at least any players wages) to the 10.8 and HMRC are outvoted AGAIN on a CVA

Not sure that another admin won't trigger the FL withdrawal of golden share clause, maybe after three admins. This would be at least their third, I think.

Also pretty sure they can't take on a new CVA when they already have an existing unpaid one. Would be pretty stupid to allow two unpaid CVA's to run at once, but maybe oldco/newco? Same entity though, just different names.

Hopefully, HMRC got their timing right on this one and left them little room for escape ...

Not a list of winding up orders, almost 300 pages of them !

Both the entries for Portsmouth FC (dec 11 and 10th Jan 2012) are listed as C2 - change of directors, not winding up petitions.
