pedg Posted 2 March, 2010 Share Posted 2 March, 2010 So legal beagles out there. If the result of this is that they set a date for a new WUO: 1) Any idea how long it would be? Days, Weeks? 2) What happens in the meantime? 3) Can another secured creditor, if there is one, come in and put the club into admin during that time? I would think that should the HMRC be successful (perlease!) then they will seek to close all possible loopholes or avenues of escape, procrastination and prevarication by urging for the WUO hearing to be A.S.A.P. Let's hope that the Judiciary see it that way also!

The one true constant in this whole story is that when we all speculate as to the most ludicrous thing that could happen.... Something even funnier happens. Pull up a comfy chair, get the popcorn out and sit and watch todays entertainment. likely outcome bet from DP. An injunction freezing the Admin process leaving them in total legal limbo until they answer specific questions, but then everything I bet on comes last. dubai_phil Posted 2 March, 2010 Share Posted 2 March, 2010 Just a moment. The case is expected to take two hours. Yet HMRC only gave them around 18 hours notice to prepare for the hearing.
