So legal beagles out there. If the result of this is that they set a date for a new WUO:

1) Any idea how long it would be? Days, Weeks?

2) What happens in the meantime?

3) Can another secured creditor, if there is one, come in and put the club into admin during that time?

I would think that should the HMRC be successful (perlease!) then they will seek to close all possible loopholes or avenues of escape, procrastination and prevarication by urging for the WUO hearing to be A.S.A.P.

Let's hope that the Judiciary see it that way also!

In answer to 2), lots of changes of underwear south of Fareham, and lots of ruined keyboards north of Fareham.

Who cares?

The one true constant in this whole story is that when we all speculate as to the most ludicrous thing that could happen....

Something even funnier happens.

Pull up a comfy chair, get the popcorn out and sit and watch todays entertainment.

likely outcome bet from DP. An injunction freezing the Admin process leaving them in total legal limbo until they answer specific questions, but then everything I bet on comes last.

Apparently no representatives from the Skates have even bothered showing up in court. Now why would they show such blatant disregard for the proceedings?

Ah, the android has arrived. I wonder if he is sweating at all?

Don't worry, Android has now arrived. He's facing a strong HMRC lineup today, I don't fancy his chances.

As this is potentialy complexed the judge has to hear both sides of the order hence it won't be a so called 5 minute hearing suspect it may well be carried over to the following day Tuesday March 2, 2010 10:42 Bob
