SSN reporting Storrie hasn't turned up for work yet today (report at 0930ish) and that he normally gets in by 0900.

He is outside the South African Embassy demanding they track down the hotmail account he had an email from.

Either that or somebody left a post-it note on his car windscreen saying they were a "red hot" cert to buy the club ! He is now waiting in Rownhams services for them!

:D

Hmm, if it was my Dad on a wind up I do hope he had the sense to use an internet cafe. Even Telkom SA can manage to look up an IP address given a few months and one of their number who can be arsed to do some work (which isn't the normal way of things - think ntl: on Christmas day if you want an idea of their responsiveness)

I see the HMRC have now issued Bompey with a WUO too. Does a Saint work high up there?

Bet they are waiting for spurs to miss one tax payment....

SSN live at Fratton when Storie turned up, an angry fan screamed 'you going to resign today' and the reporter runs off to get interview - people in studio struggle to keep straight face!

Storrie arrived at Nottarf. Nice work, doesn't bother to go to court (perhaps doesn't want to take any chances on 'ah, while you're here Pete') and, on what must be the biggest day in PCFC recent history (since the last court visit at least) he can't be arsed to roll in until 1000h

Like the lone skate chasing him into the carpark yelling at him to resign. I wouldn't in his position, mind you - redundancy payment would be worth having on the wedge he gets

SSN reporter at FP trying to get an interview with Storrieteller. Prepare for something the brothers Grimm would have dismissed as too fanciful

I was laughing at that a LOT in the office thanks to the CatchUp tv link (I already had an account, didn't think to use it!).

Here's something to while away the next half hour till admin time. Guess the resale value of the Poopey squad? I'll start

1 James £0

2 Primus £0

3 Rocha £0

4 Mokoena £100000

5 O'Hara £0 (loan)

6 Mullins £100000

7 Hreidarsson £0

8 Diop £500000

9 Piquionne £0 (loan, I think)

11 Brown £0

14 Owusu-Abeyie £0 (loan)

15 Niemi £0

16 Finnan £100000

17 Utaka £1,00000 (only if someone will pay his wages otherwise a big negative value)

18 Vanden Borre £500000

19 Webber £500000

20 Smith £1,00000

21 Ashdown £200000

22 Hughes £100000

23 Boateng £1,00000

24 Dindane £0 (loan, or maybe not)

25 Tosic £0

26 Ben-Haim £500000

27 Kanu £0

32 Yebda £1,00000 (but is he on loan?)

33 Basinas £0

35 Wilson £1,000000

37 Nlundulu £0

39 Belhadj £3,000000

40 Bogard £0

40 Ward £0

43 Hurst £0

45 Martin £0

46 Sowah £0

Koroma £0

=£10.6 million (& that is being pretty charitable & presumes none of the big earners are given away or worse paid off to cancel contracts)

I suppose everyone on here has already seen the email I got from 3 mates yesterday, but just in case;

"Portsmouth denied sponsorship deal with large pet food conglomerate. The £7m contract was due to be signed when it was blocked by the Office of Fair Trading, who insisted that it would be misleading to put WINALOT on the club shirts"

Interview with Marc Jacobs coming up.

Dunno why they keep saying its a bad day for south coast football. :D

LOL @ "did we catch up with Peter Storrie? Find out soon". Guessing not, but join the peloton.

But did he wave monopoly money in his face though..

No passion with these fishy fans eh ? :D

Sid... remember you are forgetting that there is no way P*mpey will last until it is allowed for them to sell players.

:-) Woop!

Said on the BBC this morning that once in admin, they can.

Quote of the day from a poster on a Pompey forum:

I still cant believe we stood back and let it all happen about us its so sad because with the right backing this could have emerged as a tip top club in this country

Solent live at Fratton soon, I wonder if the Storrie teller is going to come out, give a statement and promise everything will be fine in 48 hours ;-)

I wonder if the loan players will now be returned, they're going to get hammered every week if they do. I guess it would be one of the first actions by the administrator.

And whats better, someone actually corrects the spelling, and he comes back and says

'Looks like people are more intrested in spelling then saving are club...

I made my money from property about two million to be exact,,

Not from a spelling competion. '

You couldn't make it up.

Lets take the **** out of him.

'What you made money from selling two million properties, how much money did you make though?'

(I only put this up as I have nothing constructive to put, nor add, nor am I bothered, but I felt I was missing out.)

They can, but will have to sit out the rest of the season as they won't be able to play for their new clubs. Doubt any player is going to agree to that.

Awesome hilarious Skate bloke on SSN as Storrie got out of his car : Highlights being...

"You gonna resign Peter ? You've known for 18 months. 1.2million pahnd a year, you're 'avin a laugh mush".

Also called Storrie Gaydamak's lapdog and said half his money was bonuses for shutting up from Gaydamak. On Sky Sports News. Brilliant.

That bloke's a legend. As opposed to the local MP who is banging on about paying small creditors and "loyal fans".

Posted

Christ even the local MP doesn't have a clue. He is blaming the PL too.

"The PL should be paying our small creditors. How can the PL allow St Johns Ambulance to go without they money they are owed?"

FFS. It seems everyone who is in any way involved with Portsmouth is completely brain dead.

He is not brain dead, he just wants their votes, he'll say whatever they want to hear.

MP was Mike Han****, *ock by name and nature, why should the premier league help them ? The PL didn't get them into admin.

Is'nt it strange that our parliamentarians are not so worried about tax avoidance.... Oh ! ;)

Erm, righty ho, someone ELSE should pay the bills they haven't paid... it's like asking my employer to pay my unpaid gas bill because I've not got time to do a more highly paid job elesewhere while I'm working for them.

So even now they still don't get it, even at this late stage. It really is unbelievable

My favourite new quote from here : http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/mattslater/2010/02/portsmouth_fc_in_crisis_qa.html

Q: So this is all the taxman's fault?

A: Erm, well, only if you think paying VAT, PAYE and National Insurance is optional.

3pm press conference. Awaiting confirmation from High Court now.

BBC have already gone with it : http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/p/portsmouth/8538457.stm
