No pies, pasties, sausage rolls or beer for away fans. Football catering at its finest. Don't these ****s want the money to buy new table cloths or what?

You'd eat food prepared in fatpipes??!!:uhoh:

Neil Allen and Ryan from the Office (US)- separated at birth

he supports Villa and reports on pompey and looks like that, he must have been Hitler in a former life to be punished like this

Of the many things they probably do to it, 'prepared' is probably very far down the list......

As for their title winning charge this season, are they really going to fail.... Again?

Some more hammy drivel from Niel Allen. If he has a hidden talent, it's as a pantomime dame.

With any luck, he'll be out of a job soon anyway.

Please don't make me type another chapter of Mr Allens mills and boone epic tragi-drama romance based amid the terror of a stadium falling down. I've only just got over the last lot. *twitch*

OK I'll bite. Here's a starter for 10:

Its a towering tale of illicit love, delusion, betrayal and shattered dreams set against the backdrop of A World Gone Mad! Experience the sweeping panorama of a lacklustre bombed out provincial port! Witness the epic struggle of the bestest to save their tatty tawdry tumbledown timber tabernacle acted out by a phew gaptoothy fishfolk who never boo their own!

Paul Cook really is a Grade-A imbecile.

:mcinnes:

I love the guy in the comments who says that one win followed by two losses is not going to get them out of the league! Errr, it will, just not the end you are hoping!

It's all about perspective really and looking at things in a different way :D

"In the big scheme of things what difference does three points make?" :spaz:

err dunno Paul - the difference between promotion and not? Its not surprising the team don't turn up some weeks if the manager thinks losing three points once in a while doesn't really matter.

'Arry was on TalkSport this afternoon. Referred to the West Ham fans as "2nd to none".

Surely he can't be right?

I'm sure pompey pravda will have nobhead neil rushing into print right away with a pullitzer-winning factual article which corrects that

That would make the bestest Skates "none", so I could go along with that...

Pompey fans making a big deal of boycotting the Checkatrade game tonight BUT the last time Pompey had a home game in the JPT was the 2014/15 season and only 5,853 people turned up. There were no under 23 Premier League sides int he competition that season... so were they boycotting it for some reason as well? :?

Now I'm going to have to go and look at who they're playing...

To save others the effort [gives a disapproving schoolmistress look at warsash.. ;-) ]

Eastleigh v Maidstone Vanarama National League

Skates v Reading U21 Checkatrade Trophy.

Sweepstake, anyone?

So who gets the larger attendance tonight? Eastleigh or the Skates?

Eastleigh is free entry, so that one's an absolute no-brainer.

Having less than a thousand in there isnn't going to help their cash-flow, what with floodlight bills to pay, St Johns Ambulance and doctor in attendance, official's fees and the like. I presume that St Johns ask for money up-front these days?

They simply cannot grasp the fact that there were numerous people who wanted to buy us, they can't get over that only criminals were interesting in Pompey. There was literally nobody else.

I can't tell if it's supposed to be a joke or not given the so called boycott , but has anyone seen the tweet for the Official Pompey twitter feed saying "the atmosphere is building" before KO with pictures of empty stands all round...no doubt they actually sold 20000 tickets really.

Their 2017/18 shirt vote is online, feel free... https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/9PHPM3H

Home is their normal colours (literally no difference in any of the shorts and socks), away is white/blue/blue though there's the possibility of giving them white home AND away shorts for some lolz, third kit has uuuuuuuugly possibilities.
