Badger Posted 10 December, 2013 Posted 10 December, 2013 Just read this vote of no confidence on one of their sites : Quote Dont know where to start regarding the press conference really... lets set aside The new's decision to film the back of the BBC's journo's head... No tie, shirt open to his teets, slouching back in his chair. Going on and on and on about topics unrelated to the question and undermining the manager straight off the bat. This guy is seriously cringe worthy. Stupid jokes about getting the cheapest manager, going on about how much he loves coppel. WTF was he on about gambling and smoking?!!! shut up FFS!!!! Incredibly cringe worthy and unprofessional. He has gone down massively in my estimations. I felt embarrassed watching that press conference. On the plus side, Barker looked the business and made the right noises. Excited to see if he can turn it around for us from: http://fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=527289 (went on there to read about tonight's 7-0 and found that).

Maybe" Barker must be chuffed to know that the CEO doesn't have complete faith in his abilities without Coppell. To be fair though, many people on here thought Coppell would have been something of a coup had we appointed him at the time Pardew came in. That of course though was what four years ago ? Since when Coppell has done bugger all of note, although behind the scenes - if allowed to - he could be a useful DoF for them.
trousers Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Josh Coles @joshiocolezio #SaintsFC fans must be so proud playing in a stolen stadium and spending a dead mans money against his families wishes....
Golden Balls Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 The Portsmyths have been in hyperdrive tonight. Yet again apparently we were run all over Southampton again tonight, yet never turned up yet, we're beaten to a pulp. When in reality they turned up to the stadium with modest numbers, sat and watched as their academy got thrashed then went hope quietly.

Big Bad Bob Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Stuart Crow @Lord_Palmerston1h Not that long since PST weren't sure #Pompey could even afford to run an Academy, no point getting precious about results at this point Expand Shaun The Cabbie @ShaunTheCabbie46m @Lord_Palmerston They clearly can’t. Expand Stuart Crow @Lord_Palmerston4m @ShaunTheCabbie Can up to year 3 of PST. Awford already found his own sponsors for last 2 seasons. It's sustainable on some level. Tokyo-Saint Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Does it have windows or is it just a black transit van? Looks like they borrowed it from the 'A' team but I have seen Pompey's 'A' team and know they would never let that our of their sight. They need it to take them to Selco in the mornings.
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Seeing as its Panto season. How about Pompey the Pantomine, a sure fire success. As they appear to be deluded by their own fantasies. Lol
Tokyo-Saint Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Every time a pompey fans pipes up about their success, we all shout "it's behind you!"?
bridge too far Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Every time they boast about their glorious achievements, we all shout 'Oh no you didn't'?

andysstuff Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 @officialpompey: Tickets for 'Meet The Manager' in Victory Bar tonight (7pm-9pm) available on the door, priced £1 (+ suggested £1 academy donation) #pompey Really looks like anything for a buck.
stevegrant Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Would suggest the academy donations may need to be a bit more substantial than that...

Hatch Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Several of the children were undernourished and most were unable to speak intelligibly and had rarely attended school. They had been deprived of dental and medical care, with the result that they had severe cavities, fungal infections and other health complications. A number of them appeared to have hearing and sight issues and cognitive impairment, or were severely developmentally delayed. Some were reported to be unable to use a toothbrush, wash their hair, use toilet paper or bathe themselves. But the most shocking revelation came after the removal: of the 12 children removed, only one has parents who are not related. not only in Pompey it seems, but they have their pre season tour booked now. Huffton Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 Any chance the fa could get involved over their fans behaviour last night? Would be the ultimate in karma if it was their neanderthals damaging our stadium that put them into administration/liquidation again...

Actually, could be amusing.

They didn't really do anything though and we would probably get into trouble as well because of the handful of lads who also jumped the segregation to face off with that rogue skate

Jonnyboy Posted 11 December, 2013 Posted 11 December, 2013 I liked how the spitting resulted in the stewards decking the skate and pinning him down.
