I did the same thing about 15 years ago. Must have been the same dentist, what was his name?

Chris Emery, specialises in deep root canal treatment and is apparently one of the top guys in the south !

Getting a bit p!ssed off reading about D.Phil's cheap polish birds, cos (for what I paid) I could have taken the wife to New Zealand :)

*Halo* your posts a few and far between but when they do land they are well worth the wait. A real example of quality over quantity. I wouldn't be surprised if your critique of Danny Fox's left back play was copied by MNF!

Please make a New Years resolution to post more on here.

BBC Solent Sport ‏@solentsport

Hartlepool will have a Pitch Inspection at 8AM tomorrow morning ahead of their match with #pompey due to recent heavy rain

Here's hoping the thousands of Pompey fans looking to make the trip north aren't disappointed...

Hope its off, another game that will be re-arranged after all of their players have left in January.

Just listened to the press conference from Leeds. Something is amiss. GFH have said they have taken over the best available club and have been inspired by the passion of the fans. How can this possibly be? Everyone knows the biggest and bestest available club with the bestest fans in the world ™ is on the south coast. Unbelievable short sightedness from GFH Capital I feel :D

Whittingham also pointed out some of the players may be looking to make excuses for the fact the club is in the relegation zone.

He said: ‘If they are a bit unsure of their future, is it because they don’t think they have played so well? It might be that.

‘A few have got to look in the mirror and ask “over these past six months, have I done everything I can?”

Yep, that'll motivate them Gus....

"They are back in the relegation zone and still have the possibility of a 10-point penalty hanging over them."

Dear esteemed national broadcaster,

The 10 point penalty is a certainty, not a "possibility"

Yours sincerely,

The PTS Nutjobs

No it isn't trousers, they have to get new owners first ;)

Trousers, you are slipping! It is still only a possibility - they have to be taken over for it to be come a certainty! Whilst liquidation remains a possibililty then so do the points deductions!

‘In general, they are a good set of guys who want to work hard. There are not many characters where I think “I don’t really want him”.

So there are some characters that he doesn't want then... that'll help morale as they all try to guess if it's them

Seeing as a few days ago the skates were talking about anniversaries of derby games, I wonder if any of them will recall that it's the 9th anniversary of this particular match...

What a birthday present that was :D

And Halo, that calendar is awesome. Brilliant work!

I still can't believe the dubious goals panel gave the goal to Schemmel (sp??).

Dodd's corner was going in, Schemmel then heads it onto the crossbar and it comes back down now going away from the goal and hits him again to go in. However much it would be nice to give it to Jason Dodd, that is an own goal.

That 3-0 win over Pompey sent Saints 4th in the Premier League on Christmas Day 2003! If Carlsberg did Christmas football... :smug:

If Carlsberg did Christmas football we wouldn't have pitched up on Boxing Day at Loftus Road and get utterly dicked by Fulham in the next match. Rumour has it Strachan told the players he was leaving in between the two games, certainly looked like it on the pitch.

Looks likley their game will be called off tomorrow due to a waterlogged pitch. Guess that means a mid-week fixture in 2013 without the help of the mercenaries. Still, I am sure those HNW's won't mind footing the bill for the teams two night stay in Hartlepool

Meanwhile in other news it appears the guy in charge of the brain cell may have blown the lid on the belief that they have one of the lowest wage bills in the league! All we have to do now is wait for Micah Hall to confirm it in 18 months time (although still before TCNA)

So let me get this right then, they canceled their Christmas party, those true legends of fat pipes park.

I may be wrong but isn't going on a go karting day followed by a meal & some but not many(cough cough) going on a bit of a quite function together sounds remakably like a Christmas party to me? Hey ho still legends in Allens humble opinion.

Big hand to Halo for that wonderful advent calendar, day 18 is hilarious. Take a bow Halo.

Are Fulham playing at Loftus Road on Boxing Day again this year?

Nope, this year they're playing at Craven Cottage as they finished the building work quite some time ago.

Though it might have been a way to reduce the train hassle... maybe.

Hope you enjoy viewing as much as I enjoyed putting it all together. :)

Happy Christmas nutjobs. :D

You have driven me out of my lurkdom to say how much I enjoyed this - especially the ' fixed and floating' bathing platform. Not sure why except maybe because I think it might be the straw that breaks the camels back. But it would be a shame if all this was to end

And yet another exclusive passes our intrepid local journalist by...

@NabilHassan79: A significant part of the #pompey jigsaw is in place. Stuart Robinson/PST have tonight exchanged contracts for the land around Fratton Park.

@NabilHassan79: Administrators of the land surrounding Fratton Park expect to complete the deal with Robinson/PST in mid Feb 2013. #pompey

@NabilHassan79: Exchange of contacts for the land is massive show of faith from Robinson/PST who must be confident of forcing sale of Fratton Park. #pompey
