Channon's Sideburns Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 As they approach the self-caused abyss...let us all view this and be thankful for Markus and Nicola.... Everytime I watch it, it makes my eyes water.
EastleighSoulBoy Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 Are they dead yet?! No but Riquelme has been seen at Gunwharf Quay with SKY cameras in tow.

pedg Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 So legal beagles out there. If the result of this is that they set a date for a new WUO: 1) Any idea how long it would be? Days, Weeks? 2) What happens in the meantime? 3) Can another secured creditor, if there is one, come in and put the club into admin during that time?
dune Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 As they approach the self-caused abyss...let us all view this and be thankful for Markus and Nicola.... Everytime I watch it, it makes my eyes water. Never seen that before, great vid.
Fowllyd Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 No but Riquelme has been seen at Gunwharf Quay with SKY cameras in tow. Probably just having a look in the Ted Baker shop.

I would think that should the HMRC be successful (perlease!) then they will seek to close all possible loopholes or avenues of escape, procrastination and prevarication by urging for the WUO hearing to be A.S.A.P. Let's hope that the Judiciary see it that way also!
NorthamSaint Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 LOL on that live link their fantastic supporters don't even know why they owe money to Grosvenor Basingstoke Properties.

In answer to 2), lots of changes of underwear south of Fareham, and lots of ruined keyboards north of Fareham. HTH

The one true constant in this whole story is that when we all speculate as to the most ludicrous thing that could happen.... Something even funnier happens. Pull up a comfy chair, get the popcorn out and sit and watch todays entertainment. likely outcome bet from DP. An injunction freezing the Admin process leaving them in total legal limbo until they answer specific questions, but then everything I bet on comes last.
Danish Saint Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 No but Riquelme has been seen at Gunwharf Quay with SKY cameras in tow. DAMN!.... How come we can't lure players to come to Southampton and parade them around the town?
bristolsaint29 Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 Billy, I believe SG had shops in basingstoke. He used PFC as a gaurantee. The shop were nothing with the club or club shops they were canterbury shops. News to me?

Colinjb Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 Apparently no representatives from the Skates have even bothered showing up in court. Now why would they show such blatant disregard for the proceedings? Ah, the android has arrived. I wonder if he is sweating at all?

DS Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 Apparently no representatives from the Skates have even bothered showing up in court. Now why would they show such blatant disregard for the proceedings? Don't worry, Android has now arrived. He's facing a strong HMRC lineup today, I don't fancy his chances.

hutch Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 T's crossed & i's dotted. Thats a minute 47 seconds gone. Right, then, what's next?
dubai_phil Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 Just a moment. The case is expected to take two hours. Yet HMRC only gave them around 18 hours notice to prepare for the hearing. That sounds like it would need more than a few photocopies as evidence.
tony13579 Posted 2 March, 2010 Posted 2 March, 2010 2 hours... thats a lot ot T's to dot and I's to cross.... LOL nad a propper high court judge.... Oh Mr Android... are you in over your depth
