trousers Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 The old CVA has been reduced to 10p - Except they haven't told anyone about it!!!!!! **** lol. It just gets better. Can they even do that? Source???? Edit: ah, Sky
hypochondriac Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 How can the FL allow that! They exited admin via a cva agreed with the creditors and then reduced it without telling them. That's got to be a mega points deduction Pretty sure the creditors agreed that they were allowed to do that. It's shameful really.
SO16_Saint Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 CVA reduced to 10p in the pound.... HMRC not consulted what so ever....pompey just started paying half what was originally agreed...many creditors not getting any money what so ever. they are cooked aren't they... still, the FA cup win was worth it eh sh*t the bed!!!
corky morris Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Why do I still have absolutely no faith that they will get what they deserve?? I saw that cock Storrie on TV the other day. How can he even show his face????? And the fish ****ers blame everyone, but themselves.......................
sussexsaint Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Sorry where are you getting this from ..and how the **** can you change the terms of a CVA
Winchester Red Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Pretty sure the creditors agreed that they were allowed to do that. It's shameful really. I can't see HMRC agreeing that they could do that
Winchester Red Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Was announced by reporter on SSN standing in front of the courts
trousers Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 SSN - Claim the original CVA has been reduced from 20p down to 10p in the pound. HMRC say that it's the first they have heard of it. FFS.
CB Saint Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Wonder how old Terry the Builder feels about that - bet he's proud to be a skate
hypochondriac Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 I can't see HMRC agreeing that they could do that They had less than the percentage needed though to oppose it.
saint si Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 He looks far too good to me, we need someone useless like AA I'd look at it the other way round. A "fit and proper" administrator will be working for the creditors (current and future), and therefore if liquidation is the best option, he will take it, rather than fabricating figures to suit.
sussexsaint Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Was announced by reporter on SSN standing in front of the courts Is the hearing still going on then?
Matthew Le God Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Pretty sure the creditors agreed that they were allowed to do that. It's shameful really. How can they have "agreed to it" when HMRC were a creditor for the CVA and this is the first they've heard of it?
hypochondriac Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Any idea when we know if opposition to AA has been successful?
Katalinic Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 They had less than the percentage needed though to oppose it. Had they known about it. It could also have changed their view on not challenging this administration.
Thedelldays Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Electricity and Gas supplies to be cut off at Fratton Park brilliant
hypochondriac Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 How can they have "agreed to it" when HMRC were a creditor for the CVA and this is the first they've heard of it? Was it not in the original terms of the CVA? That they can basically change it when needed?
trousers Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 How can they have "agreed to it" when HMRC were a creditor for the CVA and this is the first they've heard of it? Something they missed in the small print perhaps? Dunno
Matthew Le God Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Gas and electric now cut off according to SSN. EDIT: They worded it poorly in the headlines.
Channon's Sideburns Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 MoanyPenny also opposed the appointment of AA.... Therefore, indirectly, she could drive the nail in that finishes them off. How apt.
pedg Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Who changed the CVA? Pompey have no control over it now do they except paying for it?
benjii Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Gas and electric now cut off according to SSN. EDIT: They worded it poorly in the headlines. That'll help them trade....
saint si Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Gas and electric now cut off according to SSN. Could be a ruse so that they don't have to play tomorrow. Oh no, it wasn't our fault, it was the mean electric company. Should be a points deduction for failing to fulfil fixture if true...
martyg1950 Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Gas and electric now cut off according to SSN. EDIT: They worded it poorly in the headlines. Gosh, thought they had a clause that said they had to protect the needy ?
Brizzie Saints Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Gas and electric now cut off according to SSN. EDIT: They worded it poorly in the headlines. Hope they get hit with a reconnection fee
Katalinic Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Lol - Portpin now blackmailing with £500k if Admin Andy appointed.
Thedelldays Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Chanirai has £500k in his hand ready to help Pompey....ONLY IF...AA is appointed as administrator. dear god...not murky at all
pedg Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Was it not in the original terms of the CVA? That they can basically change it when needed? I thought it was only the schedule of payment AA could change not the final amount?
ooh it's a corner Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Gas and electric now cut off according to SSN. EDIT: They worded it poorly in the headlines. I guess they are striking before the administrator tells them that they must keep the services going. As we are in limbo, with no administrator at the moment, they have, quite rightly siezed their opportunity. poor old pompey
Matthew Le God Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Portpin have £500k to give to Pompey but only if UHY is admin, not Trevor Birch.
hypochondriac Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Could be a ruse so that they don't have to play tomorrow. Oh no, it wasn't our fault, it was the mean electric company. Should be a points deduction for failing to fulfil fixture if true... They are away...
hypochondriac Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Portpin have £500k to give to Pompey but only if UHY is admin, not Trevor Birch. That is blatant blackmail. Can they do that?
trousers Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Portpin have £500k to give to Pompey but only if UHY is admin, not Trevor Birch. Where are Sky getting this stuff from? Every other news outlet has stopped trickle-feeding info from the court
Katalinic Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 That is blatant blackmail. Can they do that? If Birch is appointed, what is Chanrai's next move - could be very interesting.
trousers Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Portpin have £500k to give to Pompey but only if UHY is admin, not Trevor Birch. If the judge can't see through that ruse then I truly fear for our justice system
Channon's Sideburns Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 SSN are reporting it - that 500k is AA's last throw of the dice...
OttawaSaint Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Maybe we need some nuns, lucky smoke breaks and weather reports to get a fair result in this whole saga...
pedg Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Hope the electric was cut off before they could power up the shredders.
suewhistle Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Can't you phone in sick and re-arrange? Thank God for half term and taking the week off. s'alright. Half term for me is next week! Back from meeting and pot of tea ready, but I really ought to go and put something in the 'fridge to chill - you never know when you might need a bottle of bubbly..
martyg1950 Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Maybe we need some nuns, lucky smoke breaks and weather reports to get a fair result in this whole saga... Unfortunately this is taking place in an alternate reality - PFC vs The Law - Normal rules seem not to apply.
Ohio Saint Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Maybe we need some nuns, lucky smoke breaks and weather reports to get a fair result in this whole saga... You already missed the nuns.
pfc123 Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Could be a ruse so that they don't have to play tomorrow. Oh no, it wasn't our fault, it was the mean electric company. Should be a points deduction for failing to fulfil fixture if true... What, they're cutting off the electricity up at Barnsley are they?
corky morris Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 It's a disgrace if AA is appointed. Totally agree!!!!
trousers Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 Sam Singleton @SamSingletonPFC I'd like to remind scummers that your currently running a huge loss. The irony of some of these trolls is fb. #pompey
Winchester Red Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 What, they're cutting off the electricity up at Barnsley are they? Why don't you try and contribute something constructive - f*ckwit Ifthat's all you've got to pick up on then you have some big issues
Ohio Saint Posted 17 February, 2012 Posted 17 February, 2012 put something in the 'fridge to chill - you never know when you might need a bottle of bubbly.. Careful not to freeze those assets........Oh, wait, there is always a way around that.
