The old CVA has been reduced to 10p - Except they haven't told anyone about it!!!!!!

**** lol. It just gets better. Can they even do that?

Source????

Edit: ah, Sky

How can the FL allow that!

They exited admin via a cva agreed with the creditors and then reduced it without telling them. That's got to be a mega points deduction

Pretty sure the creditors agreed that they were allowed to do that. It's shameful really.

CVA reduced to 10p in the pound....

HMRC not consulted what so ever....pompey just started paying half what was originally agreed...many creditors not getting any money what so ever.

Why do I still have absolutely no faith that they will get what they deserve?? I saw that cock Storrie on TV the other day. How can he even show his face????? And the fish ****ers blame everyone, but themselves.......................

He looks far too good to me, we need someone useless like AA

I'd look at it the other way round. A "fit and proper" administrator will be working for the creditors (current and future), and therefore if liquidation is the best option, he will take it, rather than fabricating figures to suit.

How can they have "agreed to it" when HMRC were a creditor for the CVA and this is the first they've heard of it?

They had less than the percentage needed though to oppose it.

Had they known about it. It could also have changed their view on not challenging this administration.

Was it not in the original terms of the CVA? That they can basically change it when needed?

Something they missed in the small print perhaps? Dunno

Gas and electric now cut off according to SSN.

Could be a ruse so that they don't have to play tomorrow. Oh no, it wasn't our fault, it was the mean electric company.

Should be a points deduction for failing to fulfil fixture if true...

EDIT: They worded it poorly in the headlines.

Gosh, thought they had a clause that said they had to protect the needy ?

I thought it was only the schedule of payment AA could change not the final amount?

I guess they are striking before the administrator tells them that they must keep the services going. As we are in limbo, with no administrator at the moment, they have, quite rightly siezed their opportunity.

poor old pompey

Portpin have £500k to give to Pompey but only if UHY is admin, not Trevor Birch.

Where are Sky getting this stuff from? Every other news outlet has stopped trickle-feeding info from the court

If the judge can't see through that ruse then I truly fear for our justice system

Can't you phone in sick and re-arrange? :) Thank God for half term and taking the week off.

s'alright. Half term for me is next week! Back from meeting and pot of tea ready, but I really ought to go and put something in the 'fridge to chill - you never know when you might need a bottle of bubbly..

Maybe we need some nuns, lucky smoke breaks and weather reports to get a fair result in this whole saga...

Unfortunately this is taking place in an alternate reality - PFC vs The Law - Normal rules seem not to apply.
