krissyboy31 Posted 7 July, 2009 Posted 7 July, 2009 ....Do you think it will take to get out of the bottom 4 (I think it's 4 for the relegation zone in L1), for the first time this season. I think at least 8 and probably as many as 10.

alki_in_korea Posted 8 July, 2009 Posted 8 July, 2009 I reckon we will take 15 points from first 6 games n there will still be teams on 2,3,4pts and we will be out thr drop zone.
Saint Bones Posted 8 July, 2009 Posted 8 July, 2009 Thats a tough one. I guess firstly we need to kill off those 10 points. Then get above the 'struggling' teams. I think we are looking around Christmas, maybe the new year.
David Strover Posted 8 July, 2009 Posted 8 July, 2009 I see everyone still thinks we'll hit the ground running, even with Woote's superior tactics and a load of youngsters who couldn't hack The Championship. Me? I'm yet to be convinced - even in two warm up games we've conceded in the 81st, 89th and 90th minute. If we finish outside the bottom four this season I will be happy.
redkeith Posted 8 July, 2009 Posted 8 July, 2009 When games were first shown live, we used to win every time, and I seem to remember that we never even conceeded a goal ( mind you this was 1984). I think this continued even to the Branfoot days, as I can remeber a 1.0 win at Maine Road with Dowie up front. Lets hope that the tide turns back in our favour.
