I don't think that you should all be so dismissive. I am a member of a ghostbusting club with Boj and we see these sorts of things all the time. Whilst it could have an entirely natural explanation, one would have to inspect the scene to see if there is a possibility of supernatural behaviour. Green slime, or 'ectoplasm' as we call it, would usually be a giveaway.
