Jo Tessem on Trial next week (He's not really)(Actually he might be)

Wow, so he is playing for us tonight. :o

Have to say, whilst I am sceptical he's up to it after his time at Bournemouth, I really hope he does impress. Always came accross as an honnest, down to earth player. I'd have him over a half-a*sed BWP or Euell any day.

By that yard stick, you'd be happy to see Rupert Lowe playing at LB next season?

If someone would give him a good kick first few mins and put him out of the game...

Bring back Imant Bleidelis! What a mark he made. Of course, it wasn't just to keep Marian company! I don't think I ever saw him play...3 seasons and he apparently only ever played...twice! Good bit of business that.

a bonus of jt coming back is his eccentric brother will return with him, who reminds me of bruno, the ali g character. I will never forget while i was intent on getting drunk at a match overhearing him ordering an apple juice at the bar, and this was at the cup final!

Davenport is the worst player I have ever seen in the red-and-white.

not sure he was worse than O'Halloran

Never got to see him unfortunately

think oaf-like rabbit caught in giant headlights. He only got about 5 minutes at the end of one match, but that was more than long enough for the entire stadium to see he was not up to the task - one that was lower than that of Davenport I might add. Poor guy, you had to feel sorry for him really and to think O'Neil moaned about him not getting game time whilst being here on loan.

I wonder if he has found his feet yet. He'll probably turn out to be a decent player!

Saw him play for Swansea reserves against our lot at Staplewood in November. He was incredibly average even at that level. James and Thomson took him to the cleaners. This was in a game where Robertson and Gasmi looked pretty good I might add.

Think he only got a game for us because Vignal broke his arm, or was that a different game?

Patric Colletter, didn't he get subbed in the first half when Newcastle tonked us and he was responsible for all the goals?

Not sure about the return of Tessem allthough at least it gives us a link to the good times back with Svensson hanging his boots up.

I know beggars cant be choosers but please...Jo Tessum ?

Great player for the club many years back, but giving a trial to a player that could not even make an impact at the leagues bottom club then that smacks as desperation!

Sign him on "pay as you play". Said he would play for free for Lyn Oslo later this summer. Perhaps he would do the same for us? He is one of those players who kicked off his career late on, and could provide experience to youngsters that experience that their progress is declining. From what I have picked up from former team mates of his here in Norway he is a great motivator off the pitch as well.
