It got a mixed reception at Cannes but Charlotte Gainsborough walked away with best actress. I see a Harbour Lights late night on the cards....

This is more art house cinema; the sex scenes are graphic but not pornographic; they are more dysfunctional than erotic. The violence is graphic and extreme but again, it's not a slash horror. It is a very intense psychological thriller that some will find find very disturbing as it is very uncompromising.
Manuel Posted 25 August, 2009 Posted 25 August, 2009 You don't happen to know how many in total attended the Cannes screening? Four out of twenty, say, would make the faint/non faint ratio pretty impressive. But for all we know there could have been three hundred or more there.
