Whitey Grandad Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 1. Perhaps he is busy in meetings with all the parties concerned ironing out the last-minute snags? There again, he might be out on the town having a booze-up.
smithy Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 i feel sorry for Matty for getting sucked in by it all.

Holbury Saint Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 i feel sorry for Matty for getting sucked in by it all. This is the overriding thing that has ****ed me off in this. He doesn't deserve it
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 Gets his scripts from this lot ! lol Guess who TL is!
docker-p Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 i feel sorry for Matty for getting sucked in by it all. +1. Hey-ho, we all live and learn.
smithy Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 +1. Hey-ho, we all live and learn. I for one still love the guy regardless.
John B Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 i feel sorry for Matty for getting sucked in by it all. Why ? Surely he made the decision to support Pinnacle and probably earn a large amount of money
Pat from Poole Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 Why ? Surely he made the decision to support Pinnacle and probably earn a large amount of money Dare say he'd earn more working for SKY on Saturdays than being chairman of a League 1 club. He's not a moneygrabber in the Lowe mould.
John B Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 Dare say he'd earn more working for SKY on Saturdays than being chairman of a League 1 club. He's not a moneygrabber in the Lowe mould. Did not say he was a money grabber just that he would have made the decision probably based on a number of reasons
SaintBobby Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 And left nothing I'd be a bit surprised if we hear from him again. It does seem as if he has made a complete t*t of himself in ratehr spectacular fashion.
Pancake Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 why has someone posted a picture of Baj, Steve, Exit2 and Son of Bob?
smithy Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 I'd be a bit surprised if we hear from him again. It does seem as if he has made a complete t*t of himself in ratehr spectacular fashion. Everyone has their 15 mins.....cheers Andy
Badger Posted 26 June, 2009 Author Posted 26 June, 2009 Did not say he was a money grabber just that he would have made the decision probably based on a number of reasons Probably for the same reason many fans have who believed it was in the best intersets of the club. But then again one of the posters who spoke up most for Pinnacle was a skate.
Webby Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 I'd be a bit surprised if we hear from him again. It does seem as if he has made a complete t*t of himself in ratehr spectacular fashion. You really think of him that badly huh?
saint_stevo Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 why has someone posted a picture of Baj, Steve, Exit2 and Son of Bob? SoB is bald........
PaulSaint Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 Do you mean this message posted 50 mins ago? From Tony Lynam, 9:31pm 26.06.09 Spencer Thank you for your e-mail, and I will happily answer the questions posed as I fully appreciate that the continued uncertainty causes nothing but concern, least of all for the staff and players at the Club, and of course to the fans. . . . In direct answer to your question, there is a formal relationship between Michael and his colleagues for the purchase, funding and development of Southampton Football Club, which they remain committed to achieving. Let me also make clear that Michael will be the legal owner of the Club, and thus be responsible for the financial arrangements and commitments being made. Without jeopardising a signed confidentiality agreement with my client (the "Consortium"), Michael has committed to the purchase of the Club and only yesterday publicly stated that there will be funds available to rebuild the Club, and the prospects of pushing for promotion in the long term to try regain stability on and off the pitch. . . . Best wishes Tony Lynam
PaulSaint Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 True but surely a thread with "Tonights 'Tonygram" as the title deserves "Tonights 'Tonygram" ?
mel1961red Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 Matt would have done everything cos he loves the club remember he stuck with us through thick and thin when he could have gone and played for anyone in his day, I for one love him to bits and believe he loves this club as much as I do so will do everything he can to move it forward, how dare anyone say hes doing it for the money !!
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 Do you mean this message posted 50 mins ago?Again same old gumf, no concrete time/day for completion. Thats want we want to hear, and perhaps you should ask him, why they are persisting with this -10 points saga, when its f-ucking with the teams pre-season. FFS!
PaulSaint Posted 26 June, 2009 Posted 26 June, 2009 why they are persisting with this -10 points saga Because its a smokescreen while they hunt for more money?
Badger Posted 26 June, 2009 Author Posted 26 June, 2009 Do you mean this message posted 50 mins ago? But are we not going to have a late night 'Tonygram' tonight ? Such a thing was becoming as much a ritual as the Horlicks. (Yes, a lot of horlicks have been written over the past four weeks with Pinnacle.)
ooohTerryHurlock Posted 27 June, 2009 Posted 27 June, 2009 Did not say he was a money grabber just that he would have made the decision probably based on a number of reasons Mainly his passion for the club where he was a most loyal servant!!!!
