Secret Site Agent Posted 26 June, 2009 Share Posted 26 June, 2009 (edited) well even before its printed, I have had 4 emails, 2 text and a pm to say that Michael Fialka is the main story, telling us about his fortune? or not as it seems They are saying He lives in rented accomdation or with his parents He works as an estate / letting agent His companies average £80k a year turn over He is an avid Spurs Fan His Car is company car from the agency he works etc etc Now this is either all true and well ummmmmmmmmmmmm? Is he going on Knighton on us? OR My theory on this, is the echo are looking like the rest of us, and like some dissing the deal and getting it wrong as cant find much about him or the people he represents My theory is as the administrators have done their homework ie proof of funds, the football league have done their director listig checks etc and MF is the is the middleman for Pinnacle and the money? So the question is, does it go deeper than Michael Fialka and how far? From what TL has said on here today, I believe this is another of those smear campaigns again. I have quoted on the power of information/disinformation before, and i don't trust the headlines fully, untill some sort of corroboration is published, (I still don't believe Michael Jackson is dead yet until I receive the jokes on text). There are, I believe, some that would look to benefit from the failure of the Pinaccle deal, and the leaking of damaging info like this would only fuel it. TL has also refuted some, but not others and has not provided proof of some statements, so i also sit in refered judgement of him. I believe that MLT is a good hearted man who believes that this is the best deal for the club he loves. We share that same love, so therefore I am happy to see where Pinnacle takes me. And by the way, a man who drives a company car is, in my mind, a very shrewd and inciteful man. I know becauser I drive a company car and when it goes wrong, I don't pay to repair it and I get a hired one until it repaired, and this includes the scratches, broken wing mirrors and dents that I have suffered outside my house. buctootim Posted 26 June, 2009 Share Posted 26 June, 2009 You may be right, but it's fairly straight forward to find nearly the whole contents of what they published within about 10 minutes, using freely available public sources of information and by spending the grand sum of £0. That is, all the companies he is a director of, any other companies he is a shareholder of, the turnover of those companies, where he lives, his date of birth, what type of house he lives in, how much recent similar houses have sold for. Probably more I've forgotten. To get the extra bits, they may have splashed out on the accounts and the electoral roll searches but the grand cost for all this is less than £10 and it's all instantly available upon payment. I'm not trying to "big" myself up here, just trying to say that the info is out there, it's just a case of knowing how to find it (more to life than Google, etc. etc.) - also being inclined to do the leg work of course. P.S. I have past experience in trace and pre-sue work, hence how I have a reasonable idea where to look. www.192.com is one source. Many others out there if you look. Lets get some persepctive on this. 1) The administrators have already done the back ground checks on Pinnacle and they have proved funds and got everything in place to satisfy everythign now and going forward. Only the legal issue with the FL is holding it up. It might be sorted by the end of the day. 2) Marc Jackson is a photo coppier sales man and people are still thinking he has the money to by the club. And then people are believing the "Stories" in the press with regards to the money man behind Pinnacle without thinking 3) Yes Fry is talking to other groups because he has to. (did he not talk to MJ this week?) That does not mean that The deal won't be concluded in a day or 2. Lets all just stop jumping the gun and getting our pitch forks sharpend at every turn of events. It's Friday the weekend is here and at the end of the day unless someone has £30m to spank on a football club then there is nothing we can do about it and slating every tom **** or harry that comes along is just going to make them say feck you lot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
