Saints fans never seem to get good news, so if any news, i'm consigned for it to be bad. Though I think that the most likely scenario will be no news. Because that is the most frustrating. Someone is trying to make us all suffer as much as possible deliberately FFS!!!

"The Swiss" what do we know ... Family Robinson? It's a scary time ...

It is ODDS ON that we would start on - 25 points

The League are not going to budge on ANYTHING, and that should have been aware to Fry WEEKS AGO. He SHOULD have been working on the CVA problem

So, in the state we now find ourselves in ........, WHO on earth would WANT to Buy us ??????

Answer ........ NOBODY of any substance

As would I. I'm really irritated that pinnacle have wasted our precious time. Either complete today or **** off tbh. I couldn't give a **** about points deductions, I'm really worried we are going to have no one

You might "take it" ......... but you, and everyone else, would soon regret it

why? regret still having a club to support? i dont think so!

thought he came across pretty well on sky.

money to spend, new manager, MLT totally in charge of football matters - what do people want they would of dreamt of that last year!

seemed confident that it will complete - maybe in matter of hours.

Can see absolutely nothing to criticise him about - unless this proves not to be true, but no evidence of that yet

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ..............

Now, all he has to finalise, is the little matter concerning our LICENCE from the FOOTBALL LEAGUE .......... ( Oh ??? Thousands have tried already ????? )

Simples ....................

he needs at least £10m for what he has done so far.

That's more than the last regime showed.

If he invested £5.50 from his current account he will overtake all of the previous board members whilst they were in power

A VERY VALID POINT, never to be underestimated, never to be forgotten

Tony Lynam needs to come out and do some serious explaining. Where is the proof of this guys worth of "hundreds of millions"... surely he and MLT aren't stupid enough to have had the wool pulled over their eyes??

I'm starting to think that perhaps the Swiss bid might be a better option! (without any knowledge of it, of course!).

It's almost like the Ted Bates statue fiasco all over again. People who had seen it prior to the unveiling claimed it was magnificent. Some kept saying it even after the unveiling until eventually every last one had to accept it was a joke. So now I'm left wondering whether the ITKs are right or simply deluding themselves because they desperately want to believe.

Lynam has already contradicted himself. Our money man has appeared on Sky, but then it is said he is not the money man after all, just one of many. Fiolka himself, however, referred to the takeover as "my takeover". Even Lynam remarked that Fiolka's appearance on Sky put substance and weight behind the bid, which is a view not shared by many.

I have a bad feeling about this. The most disheartening aspect is that no one has provided a solid case against the "revelations" Lynam didn't like. All we have is wishful thinking. The only things that provide a ray of light are 1) Fry must have vetted the credentials of the Pinnacle bid, and 2) Pinnacle paid for the exclusivity period. That is not enough for me to "keep the faith" though with red flags popping up all around.
