CMI Diploma

I have been given a CMI level 3 diploma in First Line Management

and a CMI level 5 diploma in Management and Leadership..

 

 

are these actually worth anything in the outside world..?

I suspect, just like my skills, they're worth nothing in the real world.

I've got a level 2 diploma in team leading, waste of time imo.
