Keith Granger's contract expired and is now working at the Docks.

Kelvin Davis is currently coaching goalkeepers.

Michael Svensson's contract runs out at the end of the week.

Also in the Echo, Marc Jackson to make a bid today and has said he won't appeal the -10.

I really hope that the pinnacle group can move forward ahead of Jackson, I will be happy with a club to support next season regardless, but I feel that the pinnacle deal with Le Tis at the head will have the best potential to bring in bigger names and help the club overcome the -10 as quickly as possible

that article shows what a mess this all is. Can you imagine the atmosphere at training, not knowing whats going on, whether you still have a job? This needs to be sorted TODAY!!!

this is not good at all, very worrying and as justmike mentions it needs to be sorted today. The whole team will disappear if this continues.

forget the team the club is likely to disappear

You've got to say fair game to Kelvin Davis. What an absolute legend. I've not seen that kind of commitment and dedication to the Southampton cause for a good few years.

Although he's not been here as long as some of the modern day "greats", i'm putting him in the same category as MLT, Franny B and Doddsy in terms of being Saints through and through.

Kelvin - cheers - and I hope you get the contract you most definitely deserve.

Everybody chip in and buy Jacko a holiday somewhere without outside communication for a couple of weeks... I suggest downtown Tehran.

I bet they were ' date=' no pressure to perform or run faster[/quote']

oh there is, the bloke dishes out the payslips in the car park , whoever gets to his first and into the bank has the best chance of it clearing. You should see the sprint sessions, even the fat bloke (kit man?) is working hard on them

echo also says Swiss bid still waiting in wings

Why are these supposed other bidders forever "waiting in the wings"....? We're no longer in a period of exclusivity so if they've got the cash just put in a bid and stop all this faffing around.

Pinnacle have to wrap this up! Jackson is a farce and is not wanted at SFC

It won't be Jackson. It will be someone credible who will bin him off as soon as the deal is done, just like B'mouth.

They still keep mentioning that loony Jacko.

It is the people he is supposedly "representing" that you have to worry about .......... ask yourself .... WHY have people associated with Jacko's Lot been DELIBERATELY trying to destabilise Pinnacles Bid ???????

Of COURSE the Football League are not going to back down re the 10 points, if they ALREADY KNOW that a "Rival" will gladly waive the right of appeal ......

....... Smells of the Evil One, as far as I am concerned ...... Don't laugh .... it MAY have substance

Agree completely. Others would (and probably still will) just bugger off, fair play to Kelvin for sticking around and doing everything he can to help out.

Jackson ready to bid - that's a joke, Pinnicle's exclusivity ran out Friday if if he had anything serious lined up he could have claimed exclusivity Sat morning - there is nothing stopping him.

He is so obviously full of ****e.

Why on earth would somebody with the ~£15m required to buy Saints hire a muppet like Jackson to front their bid?

Simples. They wouldn't.

That will be one less copy they sell today then.

Until they stop giving this idiots ego a massage I wont be buying the Echo.

Only someone looking for a fall guy...so blatantly out of his depth that THEY could do their business relatively unnoticed....remember many moons ago that Stuart Green was 'linked' to RL and AC???

My money's on MJ is fronting for RL, MW, AC, GA and Tom Scott with the money...just a hunch.

Hope I'm wrong, but it makes me feel better for getting out of my system..it's been bugging me for a while.

None of the former shareholders ,Board members or Directors are invloved in anyway in the MJ/Stuart Green consortium.

Unlike the Pinnacle Bid ?

Kelvin is good but he needs a good coach himself to get the best out of him. He can't coach himself!

Under someone like Coles he'd be a very good keeper.

If we could re-hire the bloke who was coaching him last year then we'd be alright. He didn't seem to do that bad a job

I spoke to the same bloke in the pub in Puerto Banus after you and was told they're all involved and there all at it.....He also told me that the Robin Reliant down at Staplewood is down to Jacko..Who is following TL everywhere to get sum tips on buying a football club..:smt073

Mind you Rupes was good at it with no money as well..Maybe Jacko should listen to The Man.:smt039

Ah yes, that will be the Leon Crouch who has apparently being investing his own money in SFC lately...any other former directors and shareholders been doing likewise??

Thought not. Wasn't going to bite Charlie but couldn't resist.... ;-)

Regardless of Leon's 'intentions' with the Pinnacle Group he is the ONLY one who has put his money where his mouth is rather than taking...

that is true, and you have to hold your hat up to him for that.
