I really don't see how manufacturers are making any money out of things like that at the moment. I think its been discontinued to be replaced with a 10" model - but still ridiculously cheap.

Is it any good Steve? How does Linpus perform?

My daughter is after a laptop but doesn't have much money so one of these may be the answer for her. I can always chuck XP on it later if I need to.

i didn't use Linpus for long, put it that way.............

 

It's fine for what i wanted it for, general browsing and taking away with me etc. Not ideal for prolonged use tho

im not trying to have a dig, but in what instance is a netbook useful and makes a slightly bigger laptop redundant? I get the size difference and all that but come on, grow some balls.
