RedWillie Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 With the breath of fresh air that seems to be sweeping this board what would be better than a decent crowd on 16th August v Birmingham to show that we kept the faith.. Come on you Saints
Ado Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 the last time we played them in the CCC at home we won 4-3 in one hell of a game........i'l be there and i hope for a repeat!
saintrich Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 the last time we played them in the CCC at home we won 4-3 in one hell of a game........i'l be there and i hope for a repeat! Good game that, some guy was so happy when BWP made it 4-2 that he decided to punch me in the stomach.
Big Bad Bob Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 Good game that, some guy was so happy when BWP made it 4-2 that he decided to punch me in the stomach. Sure he just didn't like you?? Hell of a game that one, midweek, freezing cold but the result warmed us all up..tense last 10 mins as well IIRC. Didn't that Arsenal laddy on load score a couple??

70's Mike Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 Got to be looking for 25k+ f'sure HOPE so but with corners shut and holiday season 20k plus would be good
Michelle Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 I shall not be there. However, I shall be at Cardiff, Exeter and Derby.
suewhistle Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 HOPE so but with corners shut and holiday season 20k plus would be good If they start getting anywhere near a good crowd they'll open those corners so quickly you won't even have time to take a breath.
70's Mike Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 If they start getting anywhere near a good crowd they'll open those corners so quickly you won't even have time to take a breath. agreed but what happens if they sell 22k tickets and then get 4k walk ups on match days, where do the stewards etc come from
krissyboy31 Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 agreed but what happens if they sell 22k tickets and then get 4k walk ups on match days' date=' where do the stewards etc come from[/quote'] That's a decent question for Andrew Cowan at the RS Fans Forum.
RedWillie Posted 4 August, 2008 Author Posted 4 August, 2008 stewards will be brought in last minute if needed....
AndyNorthernSaints Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 If they start getting anywhere near a good crowd they'll open those corners so quickly you won't even have time to take a breath. So many fans might wait til late to get their old seats back then? what time/date do the club make this decision btw?
pele Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 Tickets got this morning looking forward to a great game!!!!
Saint_Si Posted 4 August, 2008 Posted 4 August, 2008 the last time we played them in the CCC at home we won 4-3 in one hell of a game........i'l be there and i hope for a repeat! Ah yes- that was the first time I got over to a match at St.Marys! What a game that was, one I wont forget in a hurry. I remember Brum nearly clinched an equaliser in the final minute too! The 2nd match I got to was the defeat to Colchester at home so that brought me back down to earth fairly lively... I'd happily settle for 4 points out of the first 3 games. I have a good feeling bout it too!
Colinjb Posted 5 August, 2008 Posted 5 August, 2008 I shall not be there. However, I shall be at Cardiff, Exeter and Derby. Excuse me for asking as it may well be obvious, but what are the reasons for you boycotting home games?
BridgnorthSaint Posted 5 August, 2008 Posted 5 August, 2008 I'm in defo - I only live an hour from there - doesn't happen too often
South City Si Posted 5 August, 2008 Posted 5 August, 2008 Will be there, hopefully 4 0r 5 of us. Can't wait to get going again. Wish I could afford to go to away games!!! Support the team not the board!!!
Griffo Posted 5 August, 2008 Posted 5 August, 2008 On holiday Yeah, good question. So if all the normal Itchen North ST's blocks 1-3..Have moved, what if the corners then get re-opened? Do we automatically get to move back there?
