SaintRobbie Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 As he's off shall we start an appreciation thread? or will the reaction be...? [noise]windy blowy sort of lonely noise [/noise]
gordonToo Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 According to the Echo Wotte is staying and working on a plan for spending the £20M needed to get back to the CCC.
Nexstar Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 (edited) Tried his best with what he had, so fair play to him for that. But it's onwards and upwards. Edited 20 June, 2009 by Nexstar

offix Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 Wotte appreciation thread? Shortest thread in history. That self involved, brown nosing, tactically inept plonker!
NickG Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 hard to judge his ability after the chaos of last season. Been very professional and dignified steadying influence during takeover. Best of luck to him
rocknrollman no2 Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 Last of a Lowe legacy. As soon as he goes the better because he has no idea how to organise a football team. We need a proper manager now.
Evo Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 I've never seen the point in holding grudges against people who've not been able to cut it while here (executives excepted...). It's not like they're deliberately crap. If that makes me a plastic then so be it lol.
SaintBobby Posted 20 June, 2009 Posted 20 June, 2009 He was okay-ish as manager and IMHO is a very decent man. If and when he departs, I wish him the very best.

Alain Perrin Posted 21 June, 2009 Posted 21 June, 2009 I always thought that he spoke well in post match interviews, was honest about the causes, and identified the problems (and more) that I was shouting about during the game. Certainly he had a bad hand to play so it is difficult to judge what he'd do with a free run. You can always look at managers and find fault (those that criticise Wotte for picking Smith would do well to look at Strachan (who is hero worshipped on here) and McCann...) Good Luck Mark Wotte - so long, and thanksh for all the fish....
