I would settle for him being manager but I wouldnt want him to do a fellow saints fan. SMS is all seater now so you might find watching matches a little uncomfortable.

Wildgoose Posted 19 June, 2009 Posted 19 June, 2009 Sopme papers today are suggesting that the man we want is with another club at the moment with Keegan poised for a more ambassadorial or DOF role. That would rule out Ince but not Tisdale......

That would rule out Ince but not Tisdale...... Thing is KK although not doing much, is still contracted to Newcastle in some way so technically he is still at another club. Shearer and Dowie are also at another club, we could make an enemy of Mike Ashley in 3 quick steps lol I would be suprised if we did go for Tisdale now after all the build up to KK. Standard has been set very high and taking a chance on a manager that just got his team out of the Blue Square Premier league is not on the same level as ex england manager is it?

I'm not sure KK is contracted to Newcastle.Shearer and Dowie were brought in as a temporary measure so again I don't think they are under a contract. Agree that PT may now seem a step down from the greater aspirations the last 36 hours have generated.Longer term though I suspect he would be a good option,certainly one that is likely to build the club long after more illustrious names are likely to have departed.(That said I would like a KK inspired Saints again).

Could KK getting another job deminish his claim, could the Southampton rumors have been started by the Ashely camp to reduce his claim. Who knows.

They could have met becuase of friendship, charity, to discuss other possible managers, MLT wanted to show KK his new clubs, MLT had a problem with his computer and KK is a dab hand at de-fragging, they are lovers?
