don't get me wrong - I know Lallana is a Saint through and though and I don't doubt his passion. I don't think he is going anywhere, he's playing well in a winning team (his team). we all want Adam to have a long and successful career with Saints. badge kissing just makes me cringe but, it's just a reaction and all I really care about is that SAINTS scored and it was a quality goal too. -

it is strange I know, but it makes me a little nervous non the less, maybe I think "what do you have to prove?" and then I suppose Players like these cheapen the gesture! -
he does not believe in debt & will have my eternal gratitude.

the Sky link works for me Lallana's goal was quality, he almost kissed the badge in celebration though, I never see that as a good sign. -
I am starting to think that there is no middle ground on the internet, its All or Nothing and if you disagree or question a steadfast opinion (FACT) you are clearly an inbred with the intelligence of a newt. and don't forget about the shame if you ever think you can change your mind. Now I'm off to start a facebook group in support/protest I haven't decided on a topic yet, I am sure I'll think of something

billy, that is quality writing, fair play.

seeing saggychops' face was well worth p*mpey winning today, I f*ckin hate him. I wouldn't mind if P*mpey won the facup, it might force the FA to look at what money has done to football and reform the way clubs are run... leaving debt free Saints in a great position.

Really? I just quickly reread the Pardews real record thread, and this is the nearest I could find to a Pardew out comment.... I might nor agree but even this negative poster thinks pardew should stay for about a dozen more competitive games. ......Sorry, Saint_Clark I went back through the pages on the board and found this thread where you quoted 2 posters post match reaction. fair enough they said they wanted Pardew out, but that was a post match reaction, I wonder if they thought the same once they had cooled down. & even in your thread I don't see anyone calling for AP's head just yet...

without the -10 there would be many saying that we are selling ourselves short by aiming for the playoffs. to be fair I think the -10 did effect us, it took an awful long time to catch up, the Club was a bit of a mess when Pardew joined last July & he has had a good season. but this thread is all if's and buts..... IF we are not promoted this year, Next season there are no excuses!
-
I haven't seen many say Pardew should go. But just because you think Pardew should stay does that mean you shouldn't question his actions? I think fans need to get back into the winning mentality

a couple of Pardew's quotes from last July that have stuck in my head for the season. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1729716,00.html I think the problem was bigger than Pardew realised but we were still mid table by christmas. he wobbled a little & NC gave him a reminder that expectations were fairly high, especially after the January signings & now we are p*ssin distance from the playoffs. If we manage to sneak into them on the last day I think we will win promotion. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1726620,00.html It might only be the JPT but he brought Silverware to St Mary's, gave Saints fans a day out in Wembley, had 2 good cup runs, and an decent* season in the League. Not bad when some on here were predicting a Relegation battle. If we don't make the playoffs this season, at least we are no longer a selling club and will hold onto the majority of our/Pard's squad, ready for an assault next season.

Jeff Kenna had a good first season in management with Galway Utd. Followed by a pretty poor season with St. Patricks' Athletic.

How many other L1 sides are servicing heavy debts & need to update facilities? We are very lucky to have that noose of debt lifted from around our neck & I hope that our income exceeds our running costs (inc players wages). I think (hope) it will once the bloat has left the squad. the odd donation from Mr Liebherr as and when he sees fit is great, but if he were ever to leave I would hate to see us back at square 1.

F*ckin henry, handballing cheat, after all those years of me saying he was a good "decent" player
-
I thought that Sky switched microphones to reinforce the fact that they don't like/trust NC. all afternoon they banged on about his relationship with AP, lifting quotes from weeks ago when most of us thought the playoffs were out of reach. but I suppose if there is no news - invent some, surely a league 1 club cant have a a good football manager, a chairman who pushes him to succeed along with a wealthy owner - willing to invest. It's a F*ckin great time to be a SAINT

when ye had foot and mouth/bird flu or something like that you had to walk/drive over disinfectant mats when entering Ireland. something like that would be very funny. I remember a Millwall fan living in Leeds telling me that after Leeds V Millwall he was put on a non-stop train to London by the police in the 90's
