The one I’ve ordered has vanished, it did say 400 odd had been bought so far. Once it appears again I’ll share

Good news for him, bad news for us if that means they’re planning on him leading the line next season.
-
Just ordered one from DH Gate, will report back on the quality when I receive. Hopefully it’s as good as their England shirts.
-
This today, a few banks have had down time lately as well as problems at airports too, it’s blatantly cyber attacks but they wont report that!!
-
Except it’s never policed, and other striped teams like Brentford don’t adhere to it.
-
Why do we persist with plain backs, they look shit.
-
Get into them for fuck sake! This Spain side are far too good to let them come at us.
-
Unmarked again FFS!!
-
Have to go and attack it now, hopefully does us a favour.

Surely that’s mostly down to a certain Lionel Messi though no?

I’m pretty sure the original was one arranged by someone on here, and we were all invited to contribute to the cost? That one I’m sure is the one that went all manky and had to be disposed of. The club did replace it though with their own which made an appearance at the League Cup final. Don’t know where it is now but would have been nice to see it at Wembley back in May. It was before the opening game at St Mary’s with Eapanyol. Plenty of pics available on this article: https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/19486634.saints-v-espanyol---first-match-played-st-marys-stadium--/ -
This is fucking shite. Camped in our half like Saints protecting a 1-0 lead
-
Great to see that relegation really didn’t harm our support last season, and likewise people aren’t/weren’t put off by the dire 2022/23 season and the likelihood of a few beatings coming our way. it’d be good if the club take a good look at expanding now it’s clear the fan base is there.
-
Slovakia look by far the most threatening already. Opening us up with ease at the back.
-
Some stability on the managerial front would be nice for a change, so if the club see Russ as the man to take us up again if we go down next season I won’t be too upset at that. Would rather stick with Russ regardless of how we do instead of pressing the panic button and bringing in another, or has been seen before, another 2 managers next season in a desperate attempt to survive.

Adams really is wank isn’t he. I really hope it’s not true about offering him A new contract.

Would love to know JWP’s thoughts hearing that. Imagine missing out on a place in the squad to Kalvin Phillips time after time despite him hardly playing, moving club to improve your international chances, don’t get picked for the Euros, and then have to listen to Southgate bemoan not having a replacement for Phillips 😂😂 Can we sack him after the group stage and bring in Jose for the next round? Is that allowed?

Like watching Saints this. 1-0 up followed by a bore fest. Wouldn’t be surprised if we concede soon.

Angus Gunn doing Angus Gunn things.

Feels weird saying it, but Come On Germany!!

I played one of the old Football Aid charity matches at St Mary’s alongside Phil back in 2006 I think it was. Had no idea who he was or what he did, but he was truly a really really nice bloke, and proper friendly to all. Amazing later hearing the stories of his life in the armed forces and beyond, alongside some admirable charity work. Goes completely against the stereotype of a guy who enjoyed a trip to Mecca bingo in Portswood quite often!! Love that he bought a suitcase full of booze, what a character.

Did anyone get a picture, or find one of the arch last night? Wondering if it was lit up red and white for us.

What a legend. Not too dissimilar to my reaction at the full time whistle too. Great to see so many ex-saints in attendance yesterday. Myself personally saw Aaron Martin, one of the Wallace brothers, and Peter Rodrigues outside the ground. Pete looks really well for 80 which was great to see. Good that the club were able to invite so many former saints to enjoy the day.
