I like the way we do things, Sure we could go and spunk £60 million on some Carlos Kick A ball's but would that guarantee success? I like the idea of signing up the unknown younger talent with obvious potential getting them to gradually bed in over a season or two. I think the way we go about things is smart, I think our main priority is to start this new season with all of the strength of the squad intact essentially build a spine of a team and improve it gradually. The way I see it we do not need to make loads of signings.... The positives are: Players such as Clasie, Hoijberg, Boufal becoming more adjusted to the premier league and style of football. Starting the season with both Gabba and Austin up top = more firepower than we had at the start of last season... Sam Gallagher could offer us another dimension / option. No European football which will improve fitness levels..... A Manager who likes to play a pressing style who actually has a bit of charisma about himself...... Honestly if we don't sign anyone else and keep what we currently half I wouldn't p*ss the mattress.....

Bit annoyed sure you want to keep your best players together however at least lay down some money and sign a world class def mid or top signing to get the place buzzing and show a bit of ambition...

I rate Long, Yes he isn't the worlds best finisher however the work rate and running he does is immense. He is always a great option to have and causes opposition defenders issues. Yes last season wasn't create alot of our players went backwards and I think it is probably because they became disinterested with the rotation and Puels drab boring tactics. I think Long is the kinda player you want pressing the opposition and driving forwards with the ball and bringing in other players / smashing the net once in a while......

Be patient lads least give Pringle a chance to assess the team... I reckon we will bring in 3 spaniards

If we keep most of our current team and sign a Wanyama type tank brick s**t house to play alongside Romeu I would be happy. Infact I would like us to try and get more of our youth coming through, Hesketh, Slattery? anyone else decent we have in the youth set up that could step up to the 1st team?

To be honest i'd be happy with a creative midfielder obviously Sigurdsson would be a ideal candidate however don't think we would splash that much on him. Also like others have said somebody to play alongside Romeu another Wanyama type tank player is what we need. If we upgrade those two positions then happy days think we already have alot of talent in the squad we just need to be able to capitalize on chances and work on finishing.

Top 4 finish what crack you lads on? Being realistic I reckon 9th - 11th. Will be a season if adjustment with a new gaffer. Unless we significantly strengthen and get in another decent def mid, Winger and a Fonte replacement. When I say winger somebody like that Icelandic Swansea lad...
