I know it's mad but i think it reached a point where neither side would compromise and got totally out of hand, stupid thing is his neighbour originally offered to split the ground 50/50 but he wasn't having any of it.

One of my customers spent £50,000 on a dispute about a 1 metre wide strip of land down one side of his garden and lost.

Had a similar situation with my neighbour, the border between the two properties is mine and had some leylandii trees along forming a natural boundry. Now these trees have been there years and i have always had them cut back every year on both sides and the tops lopt out of them, then they started to die out at the bottom so i decided to have a fence erected. My neighbour then decided he would not let me on his property to cut them down or put the fence up,so waited till he was at work cut down the trees and had 50ft in length of fence put up. Not heard anything from my neighbour but then he hasn't spoken to me since.

I knew a girl who had this problem and in the end the dentist had to have a special gum shield made like boxers use to cure the problem.

Just finished watching Children of men last night, starts off ok with a different sort of take on a future in decay. But then just seems to drift off the plot about halfway through and never recovers also a really lazy ending. Clive Owen is ok in it but he never seems to be comfortable in the leading man role,Michael Caine is also amusing as a new age hippy type. Rating 5/10.

Hope i'm wrong but see Barrera winning by knockout, don't care who trains Khan he has been shown to have a very fragile jaw and will never become a good world champion.

If the car stays as fast as it's looked then it boads well for the coming season,it's about time Jenson had a good team and looks like his loyalty will be rewarded. Have to admit when it looked like Honda would pull out Ross Brawn must have had words about how good they thought the car could be to keep Button from taking another drive in F1 or a different series.
-
I have not seen any reports on them in recent days are they really that much quicker than everyone else? If they are just doing the running under weight bit to look fast, some of the other lesser teams must be doing the same so are there any other teams that stand out.

Have just put another 256mb in the second slot and is only showing 128mb from that as well, looks like it will only recognize 128mb in each slot.

I have an old desktop pc i have got up and running but it was only using 1xPC100 128mb and 1xPC100 64MB,i have just fitted a PC100 256MB of ram into the slot after removing the other 2 but it will not recognise it as 256mb keeps on saying 128mb any ideas how to get it to recognise correct ram size.

Maybe with so little testing time they see it as best to leave an untested item off the car.
-
Will they have to run a KERS system when the season starts or can they just use ballast? also anyone got pics of there car on track yet.
-
Would be nice if the car is competetive early on as having another team doing well is always going to be good for the sport and tv.

Ed Gein now although he only killed 2 people he was responsible for grave robbing and making ornaments etc out corpses. He was also the insperation for Norman Bates in Psycho/Jame Gumb in Silence of the lambs and Leather face in Texas chainsaw massacre. Now this is a man who took pride in his work.

Went to the cinema Saturday night and watched The International, now that 2 hours of my life i can't get back. From the reviews i had seen i was expecting a half decent thriller, but the film is far to slow and just not clever enough allthough it is trying to be. Clive Owen only looks half interested in what he is doing and there is just no urgency to his role, and Naomi Watts is just useless. Maybe now was just not the right time to release a film about a bank carrying out dodgy deals and being on the verge of collapse because of it.

Drivers on mobile phones. Tins of travel sweets. Cushions on parcel shelves. Make Bono history.

Well looks like Honda will be on the grid for the 09 season, seems the management buy out has been given the go ahead with Honda agreeing to put in $100 million dollars into the team next year instead of having to pay redundencies. Also read that Button will take a $7.5 million paycut but at least he will be racing which has to be good for F1 overall.

Have to admit i prefer watching Ray Mears survival as he looks like a bloke who is always well fed. Now you would not catch him eating day old zebra,to start with he would wittle a spear of some kind out of an old branch then catch a fresh zebra and turn it into a stew with elderberry dumplings.

One of my customers at work i found out in the past was responsible for a lot of the crop circles in the winchester and surrounding areas.
