Personally think Caleta-Car and ABK are better anyway. He’s regressed a lot for me since that Man City 1-1 game last season. Wouldn’t be upset if he went and I’d have confidence we could replace adequately (based on the summers recruitment of CB’s).

Or perhaps the booing and vitriol by the fans created the tension? If you’re big and ugly enough to dish it, then you better be able to take it. We’re in a big hole, but performances like that give us hope. The fans getting behind the team is a huge part.

I find the panel are generally glass half full and see the positives where they can, particularly Mr Grant! But (rightly so in my opinion), this week was some harsh truths and I felt they nailed it tbh. Yes we won, but there is still no semblance of a plan/structure/identity in how we’re playing. Also thought the summary of SR’s tenure so far, along with the perceived arrogance of Ankersen to also be very good.

Damning and spot on from Doswell, seems a bit harsh coming from a ‘fellow manager’ but I think he’s coming at that from a fan rather than manager. Agree with Lord D though on Blackmore, really gone off him the last 12 months. Irony probably lost on him how he’s piled into Jones after 4 games but wouldn’t say a bad word about Ralph or Semmens over a much longer period. Also not forgetting the cringeworthy intro he gave at the fans forum. Think it’s clear he gets his info from Semmens (the bit he mentioned about Semmens being told not to talk anymore gave that away), and now he’s been shut out he’s piping up.

Can only assume part of their plan is to get relegated. The decisions they’ve made so far just don’t make any logical sense.

Perhaps they are trying to avoid the same issues for Edozie they have had with Lavia. E.g. overplaying children to the point they break. He’s come off the last two games with cramp, so no surprise he doesn’t start. Lyanco is a head scratcher, but then if Dman says is true that would explain DCC absence.

Maybe Rasmus should threaten Dinamo and tell them they either accept, or Sport Republic will acquire them and make them a smaller team than Goztepe.
